Good for a short holiday... You need your own transport to get around....

The bedroom was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom could have used some TLC. If you want to visit the 3-D museum or go on the cable car, the location is great, but if you are there after dark it is a complete ghost town - no restaurants or anything, and it was really hard to get a Grab car to the location. We selected the location due to its proximity to the ferry terminal, so it was a fine place to stay as a crash pad. If you are looking for amenities, you may be better off somewhere else.

Opposite skycab which is why we stayed there it was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

It was good, the location was perfect and it was everything you could expect. Only thing I was missing was a place to charge my phone next to my bed. There was only one place with power-points.

Basic hotel, good value for the price and convenient location for the cable car. Clean bed and good air con. WiFi was a little slow. We got there early in the morning and they kindly let us leave our bags behind the desk until check in so we could explore without them. Like other reviews have said there’s not much open locally after about 7pm but we just made sure we ate before this so it was ok.

The hotel is right next to many attractions including the cable car, sky bridge and 3D art museum. It is only a 10 minute walk to a lovely almost completely secluded beach. It is also pretty close to the trail to the 7 wells waterfall.
It is placed in the Oriental village which is like a tiny theme park so it does get a bit noisy from 9am onwards with music, tannoys, people, etc. Occassionally there was also maintenance noises at night.
The room is comfortable with air con, nice bed, fridge, desk and en suite. The bathroom did look a little worn down and often there was the sound of constant running water. This personally didn't bother me too much though because I could just close the door and block out the noise. There was only one power point though and this did irritate me.
The maids were excellent and always left the room immaculate. The reception staff were very friendly and were happy to help with any issue no matter how bizarre. They spent a long time trying to help me find a watch I thought I might have dropped in a taxi earlier.
Overall a very good stay. Not a luxury hotel but very good for the price.

Transit hotel to acess cable car

it was noisy the announce of behind the theme park.
wifi is slow.
inconvenient area.

Not many restaurants nearby. But is is so close to the cable car and 3D Museum. The hillside view is spectacular. The staff is so helpful. We requested for prayer mat and extra towel, and the staff came to give them immedately. Need to pay for breakfast. Overall ghe botel provide the most basic need for reasonable price.

I booked 3 nights and ended up checked out early after one night as the whole experience wasn't so great. The hotel staff didn't even bother and just let me return my key. I think I can't complain too much because it's pretty much what you paid for. However, for this price you can get a very decent hotel with great experience in Phuket or other southeast asian countries. The only good thing is the location - situated right at the Langkawi Cable car. The room was also super noisy. It's definitely not a place you can relax. The bed sheets and blankets were quite dirty. Wifi is also in very poor signal most of the time.

The front desk staff don't tell you much like where you could find breakfast since they don't provide it. A/C was noisy.
During slow season pretty much everything closes by 6:30pm. A couple food places might be open till 8pm. They say they have wifi but your lucky if you actually get connected. But the higher end resort has the same problem.

Only good thing about this place is you are steps away from the ok attractions. Not impressive but alright.

Not great but not bad either foe the price. Location is excellent for the Skycab and waterfalla but otherwise isolated from restaurants and shops.

Basic stay over.

Easy to get access to sky cable car, 3d art museum, waterfall and also lots of shop, but before 7pm. After that, all shops will be closed. Unless go to the other place to eat if you have transportation. Air conditioner not functioning well.

We have stayed at Geo Park 5 times over 3 years which I think speaks for itself & that it suits us .

We expected much worse considering the price of 21€ per night. So the value for money is okay. The breakfast however is absolutely terrible so please don't book that!

Decent hotel, room was fine, however breakfast is terrible, but you will need to pay for it anyway as nothing in the village opens until 10 am (nowhere else to get food or drink in the morning). One day they had eggs the day after they didn't, so we were stuck with cold beans and peanut butter on toast, also no coffee second day. The place is like a ghost town when the day trippers leave, almost like a Scooby doo episode. All the shops shut at 7pm, only the Japanese restaurant open which you have to book. Go there on a day trip, don't stay at the geopark!

Very basic. Next to SkyCab but far from everything else.

Can someone start a 7-11 business there?
