I had a wonderful experience at The Lalit Jaipur, largely thanks to the professional and welcoming team. Unlike many large properties where the front desk can feel overwhelmed, the reception here was very efficient. The team is well-coordinated, courteous, and ensures that the check-in and checkout processes are seamless.

The property itself carries a grand, traditional charm. While the rooms are on the older side, they are exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It’s clear that the management prioritizes upkeep, as everything from the linens to the fixtures felt high-quality and functional despite the classic aesthetic.

The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and luxurious, making it a great retreat in Jaipur. If you appreciate a mix of heritage vibes and top-tier service, this is an excellent choice.

Housekeeping service was excellent as rooms were neat and clean. Naina was very polite in nature

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during a family trip. The whole experience was wonderful, from food to comfort to cleanliness. Specifically Shahid and Sunil on the cleaning team were very friendly and made sure our every request was handled quickly and efficiently! Food was lovely and had a good variety for all tastes. We would happily return!

I’m from 333. Attendant Naina is Kind and cooperative with us. She have got all the required things we need in room and kept our room neat n clean.

Let start with the property which is beautiful property close to airport in Malviya nagar JLN marg. Special the middle section. Stay rooms are comfortable, no unwanted noise, and low nights in room get you relax. I would like to thank Yupesh from house keeping for making the stay comfy, Priyanka fron front office to help with anything around. BTW dont miss the cultural performance everyday in the middle place. Also they openly support LGBTQ+

Location is great and close to the airport . Gardens, Lounge and porch is beautifully decorated .

Room disappointed us . Bathroom was not up to 5 star hotel standard. Bidet shower was leaking.

TV was not working and not connected to Internet. Hence steaming services access and casting own device was not possible.

Standard of bath towels could improve.

Reception and house keeping could improve. We had to ask 4 times to arrange an iron and iorning board.

However room clean room was great. Shahid and his team delivered excellent customer service.

I had a great experience at The Lalit Jaipur. I accidentally left my PAN card at the hotel, and Simran, the HK Desk Coordinator, went out of her way to help me. She coordinated everything quickly and ensured the card was safely couriered back to my place. The entire process was smooth, fast, and very reassuring. Truly appreciate the efficiency and helpful attitude of the team. Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and superb service. Our morning breakfast was expertly handled by Abhishek and the spa and fitness team led by Sandeep Singh were brilliant. Loved every minute
