The Lalit Traveller Jaipur

We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is clean and the staff were very pleasant. However there appears to be many managers who look very smart but in the restaurant they don't seem to be able to direct their willing staff to clear tables, stock up on the buffet dishes and serve their customers.'
We ordered a bottle of white wine, which arrived not chilled, then 20 minutes later they brought an ice bucket. Half an hour later the glasses arrived!
More geared up for business meetings than tourists but with small changes it could be great!

Have a wonderful stay at Lalit! Their team is exceptionally professional and consistently attentive to every detail.

Had a great stay at The Lalit Jaipur with my family recently. The atmosphere is really nice—very grand but comfortable. The staff was super helpful and made us feel welcome from the start. Also, the food was delicious and the whole place has a great vibe/ambience. Definitely a solid choice if you're visiting Jaipur with family.

Sakshi welcomed us very nicely and had been a great help throughout our stay.

I stayed at the Lalit Jaipur with my family for two days and had a brilliant experience. Everyone was super helpful and amazing starting from Narayan our Bell boy who was so good and helpful and also fetched us the best rooms with a view we wanted. He was so good and helpful.
Rithik from the Aum shop was so brilliant. He helped me pick up my best dresses and jewelry from the store and explained every detail with care and love. I found everything I wanted with his help and attention. Please reach out to him if you need to buy anything from the Aum shop. I also took a pic with him.
The 24 restaurant had brilliant food and everyone was super friendly and helpful and careful. The service was amazing and so was the food. Really good.
Lastly Rishab the manager incharge was so helpful at every step of the way. He provided me all the information I needed about the city Jaipur tha I was visiting the first time. He provided me info on places to shop jewelry, clothing, marble.

I really enjoyed staying here. Very neat very clean and very high end.

I will definitely stay here when I visit again.

Good Stay and Great Experience
Good Service from all staff specially Sakshi she was handling well all the persons very nicely.

I had booked a stay for my elderly parents at The Lalit Jaipur expecting a safe and comfortable experience at what is supposed to be a luxury hotel in Jaipur. Unfortunately, their experience was extremely disturbing and unacceptable.

During their stay, there were rodents inside the room, and shockingly, my father was bitten by a rodent while in the hotel room. Following this incident, he developed severe skin irritation and allergic reactions across his body, which was extremely alarming given his age.

What made the situation worse was the poor response from the hotel management. Instead of taking the matter seriously and providing proper support or medical assistance, the staff was dismissive and uncooperative. The only resolution offered was 50% compensation for the stay, which is completely inadequate considering the health risk and distress caused.

The presence of rodents inside guest rooms indicates serious hygiene and pest control issues, which should never occur in a hotel of this category. This is not just a service issue — it is a serious health and safety concern for guests and tourists visiting Rajasthan.

I strongly advise travelers to reconsider staying here until the hotel addresses these serious sanitation and safety problems.

Hotel is very nice and food is also so good but I would like to specially mentioned that housekeeping staff is soo nice and very helpful.specially sonvir and ajay ,long are so helpful am definitely suggest to my family and friends for this am happy .
