Decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación no está mal, pero la habitación no guarda relación con el precio. Tienen dos o tres estancias, el hotel, una ampliación y edificios colindantes de los años de franco. Me tocó este último.

Cons:

Nos cobraron 287€ por un apartamento semireformado en este edificio. Sin luz por las escaleras exteriores para acceder y tampoco ascensor ni comunicación directa con recepción. A plena vista tenían puestas las pastillas de las cucarachas. Armarios sin terminar y uno sin puertas. No voy mas.

Grande chambre moderne dans le bâtiment annexe, avec balcon.
Salle de bain spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne.
Bouilloire dans la chambre.
Bon petit déjeuner (inclus dans le prix de la formule).
Patio agréable avec une petite piscine, de l'ombre et des transats.
Stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue.
Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Un mini frigo serait appréciable.
Un petit étendoir sur le balcon.
Plus d'étagères pour ranger les vêtements.

Not Recommended – Poor Value for Money
Pros:

The hotel looks relatively new and is generally as shown in the photos. The area is quiet.

Cons:

- No air conditioning in the bedroom, only one unit in the living room, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable in September. This should be clearly stated in the room description.

- There were many ants throughout the room and bathroom every day, including inside my luggage. No coffee machine, kettle, welcome water, or even empty glasses.

- My room (1011) was on the third floor in a building with no elevator, with no assistance available for luggage.

- The location is quiet but around 18 minutes’ walk from the centre and 30 minutes from Balmins Beach. The swimming pool is very small and not really usable.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel considering the price and the facilities provided.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, sicher und dennoch nah zum Strand und gemütliche 15 Gehminuten an der Promenade entlang ins Zentrum. Kostenfreie Parkplätze im Wohngebiet rund um das Hotel verfügbar.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena: es un barrio tranquilo y está prácticamente al lado de la playa. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy agradable: te reciben de forma fantástica, te lo explican todo con detalle y te hacen sentir bienvenida. La calidad-precio está bien, es justa. Añado que esta era mi segunda vez en el hotel porque en general me gustó mucho.

Cons:

Sería interesante ampliar el rango horario de la piscina (por ejemplo, de 22h a 23h) o reservar la última hora para solo adultos (eso sí, adultos responsables y comprometidos en darse un bañito nocturno relajante de forma tranquila y prácticamente silenciosa). También estaría bien poner más variedad de fotos en la opción "habitación con jardín" para que los clientes supiéramos que nos puede tocar una mini terraza gris en su lugar. Era mi segunda vez en este hotel y si hubiera sabido esto último, hubiese elegido una habitación superior como hice la primera vez.

La habitación no tiene mini nevera

Un agua de 33 cl en la máquina de vending de la recepción cuesta 2,50 (no hay minibar), fuera del horario del bar del hotel es la única opción y no hay un bar o tienda en la zona.
