Friendly, courteous staff. Clean room and bathroom. Beautiful lobby and lemon-infused ice cold water in the lobby. Great breakfast.
Room thermometer not easy to regulate. Room was Very cold. Need extra set of towels. Room was not clean, had to notify desk.
They Missed cleaning our room and bathroom when we came back to hotel in the afternoon. Dirty towels still on floor.

Door to the room was extremely difficult to open. Hallways were stuffy.
The staff is terrific they really professional and extremely helpful and keep calm when so many people at the same time are struggling and complaining about this property.
I need to give it a show out to the staff they are very helpful and professional, unfortunately they work in a place where nothing is running properly, AC doesn’t work all the refrigerators are broken down or they are too old, the breakfast is mediocre, every single Machine in the gym is broken and very old you can actually see the wires out in all the machines, I don’t understand how this hotel dint lose their standards and become a Motel, another problem if you going as a group and need to eat lunch and dinner there is Not a are were you can sit down because they close the dining area so you can only use in the morning. Don’t waste your time and money stay away

Rate wasn't a little lower, but all was well. Wall had unpainted spots at both beds
Convenient location next to major highway and plenty of restaurants and coffee spots nearby.

The restroom door was very hard to pull, and it often get stuck. Besides, it's too noisy.
The strength of the shower is a bit off too.

Stacy, at the front desk was excellent. I called the morning of my arrival to change from a single bed to two beds and she took care of it. She was friendly and professional. When I arrived she was still on duty. It was a pleasure meeting her.
Having stayed here a few times, its a a good value. Breakfast was good, Staff is always nice. Location is great. This is one of our go to properties when we visit the area.
The bed was VERY hard. Most hotel beds are, but this one was overly so in my opinion. I expected it, so it wasn't a huge detractor. But still, if you plan on finding a soft mattress for sleeping, this is not your option.
All staff members were fantastic! The most complete group of top notch folks I’ve ever encountered at one hotel!
So many little things didn’t function properly. Credit card part of soda machine never worked and I rarely carry cash/change. So I could never have a soda. Side door to parking lot was exit only because card reader to get back in didn’t work. The main entrance after-hours card reader didn’t work either so you had to knock on the door. Several little convenience things need maintenance.
