The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. There is a pool and a hot tub! The staff are amazing ❤️ 10/10 recommend!!!!

Elevator outage. Unable to honor my request for a handicapped room. Your small blue street sign could be more prominent.
Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice.
I was traveling alone, 12 hour travel day. Arrived to find out the elevator was out. My knees do not handle stairs well and advised check in clerk. No 1st floor rooms available and air was out in the lobby and hall ways. Needless to say, not a great start.
Loved the bed, sooo comfy, the room was super clean, the staff were wonderful!! The breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub was great!!
The only downfall was the water pressure in the shower!!! It was descent but if I had of washed my hair it would've taken a longer time to get the shampoo and conditioner rinsed!!
Location, cleanliness, staff/customer service was impeccable, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was the best I have had from any hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not like other hotels. Cindy and Mechell fry eggs fresh daily. They made our stay very special. They made waffles for children so the parents could sit down and eat.
Our breakfast host, Michelle is THE BEST!! She always greets you with a smile and a friendly good morning. She makes the best fried eggs in town. Always done to perfection.
Kylie, at the front desk is VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. She always try’s to get us into the best room to fit our needs, and keeps the lemon water fresh!!
The hotel is always very clean, and the beds are very comfortable!

Fresh eggs fried perfectly and sausage with biscuits and homemade pepper gravy both are very hospitable and makes sure everything is stocked and clean Definitely give 5 stars

My boyfriend & I stayed at the 2403 Black Diamond Dr. location in Marion Illinois. Our room was very clean. We are vegetarian and Staff member Cindy Mechell was very helpful and knowledgeable about ingredients in the gravy. Cindy Mechell was so kind and friendly and talked to us, made us feel so welcomed. I believe that employees like Cindy who go above and beyond to help guests feel at home during their stay is what sets you apart from other businesses.
