The clerk at the front desk was great!

all in all it served the purpose. the staff certainly made our stay enjoyable and welcoming

the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great location for our purposes

Cons:

we were allocated what appears to be a disability room.
shower was over the bath. would have preferred a shower cubicle
the air conditioning unit is very noisy
buffet breakfast was mediocre, at best.

Great stay.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room.

Cons:

The peloton bike in the gym would not connect to the internet and when it did, the internet signal was too weak to actually stream a class. The peloton is therefore unusable. Would be great if they could fix this.

Had a great visit with family
Pros:

Nice location. Quiet area. Room was clean. Desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Wish that you had more regular K-cup coffee with sugar and creamer.

Cons:

Front desk staff. Rude especially the man with dark hair that works the night shift. He was irritated by us asking what to do with our used towels. Restaurant food was average at best.

Very nice lobby but all rude staff
Pros:

Pool and restaurant Other the pool was uncomfortably cold.

Cons:

Front desk staff was rude every time we went for any reason during our stay. Not one of them greeted us as we walked in or out each day. We asked for towels and the man said we don’t have room service here. He seemed annoyed that we asked. We needed more for our 3 day stay then 3 they originally gave us. Dreaded going to ask them anything
