The location to Fort Jackson and the quiet rooms.
The indoor pool was small to do laps and water wasn't super clear.
I like Ally, she worked overnight and was very helpful. Im addressing my concerns
The booking. Com and the bathroom had urine at the base of the toilet. Shower windows was dirty. Sockets didn't work.
Ease of booking and extending stay.
Parking lot too small & potholes
Magnus was very professional, kind, welcoming and cordial at check in. Thanks for such a pleasing personality at the desk after a grueling day of travel.
Love the area where the hotel is and all the different attractions and restaurants.
The breakfast we love just need to have mire variety of breakfast meats
Alot of people do not eat POLK OR BEEF MEAT.
MORE CHICKEN AND TURKEY SAUSAGE. front desk and kitchen Committee are all awesome. We highly recommend others to Hampton Inn.
Did like that we didn't have the breakfast sausage.
More PORK AND BEEF IS WHAT THIS HOTEL SERVES FOR BREAKFAST
The front desk Staff and kitchen staff breakfast just need more turkey and chicken sausage.
Breakfast chicken sausage only 1 time the whole week we stayed for vacation. And our bedroom sheets where dirty front desk did have house keeping clean our room.
Stayed for three nights to attend family day and graduation at Fort Jackson. The location is very close and convenient to Fort Jackson. The team members are very very friendly. My room was very clean. The outdoor seating area needs improvement. There were only four chairs and they are ready for the trash. Other than that the hotel is very nice and I would stay here again if in the area.
The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful and nice
There was no hot water in the shower on the first night. We tried calling the front desk 6 times from the room phone, and 4 times from our personal phones, but no one ever answered. We called the corporate number, and they couldn't get an answer either
I could write a short book on this place but to sum it up...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Initially, we waited at the front desk for between 5 and 10 minutes for anyone to show up. It was around 8:30 pm (give or take). There is no bell to ring for service.
I said "hello?" A couple times, made sure to make our presence known, and still nothing.
The door to right of the desk was open with lights on so I went to the threshold of the door and again said "hello?". Then a woman came from around the corner holding her phone and she immediately started screaming at me.
I calmly explained we were trying to check in and she kept yelling and said "I knew you were out there.". I asked "if you knew we have been waiting so long why didn't you come out?" She again flipped out kept rolling her eyes and being extremely rude.
She was swearing in front of our two young children and my wife asked her to please stop. Then, my wife asked me to take our daughter to the bathroom (she had to go and I had to remove myself from the hostility...). I wanted our money back at that point.
My wife finished the check in.
But we did get a freebee in the first 15 minutes! A used band-aid was on the couch in the check in area and stuck to one of our bags....nice.
We paid close to $250 for a single night reservation. One room two beds.
It was dirty (especially dusty) and in need of repair for starters.
Garbage in drawer, stains and 'goo' on apolstry and wall, mirror frame, sink and faucet in bathroom. Crooked lamp shade, headboard (barely mounted to wall), picture in bathroom.
The wood furniture was heavily worn and even the sticker on the nightstand, showing qr code for hotel, was so badly scratched up you couldn't scan it.
I will say the bedding was very clean and comfortable.
-I'm skipping a lot of other disappointments and getting to the pool area now.
The pool area has broken tiles, some plaster falling from the ceiling, a broken door to the exterior, shredded furniture and it's like a sauna with the heat.
Both our children ended up cutting their feet in the pool room.
My son on a broken ceramic tile, and my daughter on something in the pool.
Not one of us finished breakfast as it wasn't good and...every cup of coffee had complimentary grounds in it.
There is so much more in terms of disappointments (garbage left sitting in and out of cans over the span of 13 hours was one).
I'll leave you with this, don't gamble on either of the two elevators in this place.
They both are a potential danger.
You can feel the jerky movements and just listen to them!
I'm not sure how this place has bypassed the *mandatory* yearly inspections.
Its not a surprise, there is presumable zero monthly inspections done by staff as recommended.
The neglect here is obvious.
Here is a picture of the last elevator inspection (at minimum this is required by law yearly).
Last inspection was 3/15/24.
Why would you stay here when there is over a handful of other places within a stones throw?!
Id be just fine with most of these conditions (except the attitude and language at the front desk and the elevator neglect) if the hotel was under $100 a night.
Do better!!!
Todo esta muy limpio cero ruido dormimos muy bien!!
Indoor pool, clean the gentlemen Mike was wonderful

The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and provided invaluable assistance, while the cleanliness standards were impeccable. The extensive array of amenities significantly enhanced the convenience of my business travel. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings were outstanding.
We were not informed about the parking fees until after our departure and receipt of the invoice. Additionally, the pool facilities are not suitable for young children.
