Courtyard Mankato Marriott

I travel constantly for business, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I have ever had in Minnesota. From the moment I arrived, Besa at the front desk set the tone with warm, flawless customer service. Kayla at the bistro continued that excellence—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in creating a great guest experience. Emma at the event center was equally outstanding, making my on-site training for a local company smooth, professional, and incredibly well supported.

The entire stay was seamless. Every part of the guest experience felt intentional and elevated. When a winter storm left me unexpectedly stranded, I was actually happy to spend another night because the service and atmosphere were that exceptional.

This hotel has earned my highest praise. Truly top-tier hospitality and the best customer service team in Minnesota.

I spent a couple nights at this location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The overall appearance and upkeep of the hotel was great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location to the mall (walkable) was great. The outdoor seating area was a nice plus.

For a small mid-market hotel, we found it surprisingly clean, attractive and well located. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurant and bar were very convivial and we had lovely conversations with the people behind the counter on both of the occasions we used it. The room was attractive and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall one of the nicer hotels in the area. They have nice bar tenders, friendly staff, and the housekeepers seem to do a good job.

I did have a run in to a very confused little buddy that I named Jared the roach. He was an unwelcome sight in the morning running in circles like I have this week. Anyways he disappeared into some crevice and I haven’t seen him again.

Overall they may have a roach problem that they need to take care of but the employees and friendly and helpful.

Picked out a king room but was given a dbl queen room. Decided to stay in the room as it wasnt worth moving to another roon.

Nice & quiet . Very satisfied with the room & friendly front desk person.

A room without a coffee table/ottoman in front of the couch is awkward.
The shower door leaked quite a bit during the shower - needs to be a much tighter fit.

I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriot several times in Mankato over the last 2 years. I usually have a pleasant experience but when I stayed last week I had specifically booked a room with a King size bed and they didn't have any available. So why book a king size specifically if they are going to be given away before my arrival? Then when I entered the hotel it smelled very strongly of whatever disinfectant they use. When I entered my room the smell was even stronger and off putting. When I have stayed in the past the hotel had a pleasant smell so I don't know what changed but the chemical smell was so strong it was making me sick. I hope my experience is better next time

This location seemed newly built, with clean comfortable furnishings. The staff was friendly and very helpful going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Location to the ball fields for ISC Worlds was ideal with shopping and restaurants nearby

I arrived to this Property exhausted and during a torrential downpour. The Front Desk made my check-in process easy and I was impressed by the VERY WELL MAINTAINED condition of the Property. The lobby/bistro, pool, Fitness Center areas were all immaculately kept by the HK department. The same attention to detail by HK was present in my room, and the condition of the Property greatly satisfied me and helped me to relax. Also, the Front Desk courteously honored my Requests for late checkout, and overall my Stay was very relaxing and refreshing. Very happy

Room was very clean and well set up. The room gets extremely dark and you have full control of the temp. The bathroom is big.

Electricity went out for over an hour in the middle of the night and front staff minimized the impact. Additionally, reception was staring at my niece who is bi-racial- we had multiple rooms and were not treated great. Not sure I would stay there again although rooms were nice.

We are Marriott timeshare owners. However, I have typically not stayed at the Marriott hotels due to the "aging" of the property. This is second Courtyard I have stayed at and as I continue travelling for business, I will ensure I seek our Courtyards!!

Hotel staff was fantastic. The pool was taken over by unsupervised middle school boys and they helped settle the atmosphere and made it a positive experience
