Pros:

Spacious room and nice breakfast buffet. Location by itself is nothing amazing, but easy to reach metro or bus stations and reach the city center in an easy way. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very hot in these hot spring days.

Efficace, simple et un service de qualité.
Pros:

L'espace dans la chambre était très appréciable. La salle de bain avec une douche et une baignoire était également appréciable. Le placard était suffisamment grand pour ranger toutes ces affaires.

Cons:

La taille de la télévision était un peu petite et l'offre de chaine de télévision m'est apparu un peu faible pour le standing de l'hotel. C'est un détail qui n'a pas impacté la qualité de service.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Problem mit Eintritts-Karten im ganzen Hotel.Sind hin und her zwischen Rezeption und Zimmer gelaufen. An der Rezeption wurde gesagt, dass die Karte jetzt wieder funktioniert, war aber nicht der Fall. Drei Mal musste die Runde gemacht werden.Das war unglaublich ärgelich am Abend. Danach lange gewartet, bevor die Angestellten einen wahrgenommen haben beim dritten Mal anstehen an der Rezeption.Keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen was irgendein Upgrade oder Gutschein betrifft. Würde bei so einem Hotel schon was erwarten noch dazu zu dem Preis pro Nacht.
