Pros:

Great location, convenient to main centre and the hotel just a short walk, with great meals and breakfast.
Very comfortable great bed, washer and dryer was a plus.

Great placed to base yourself for a busy time in Nelson
Pros:

Family apartment and it was great to be able to spread out over 3 bedrooms after a long few days in the car. Well appointed kitchen with Washer and Dryer in in the room to catch up with the holiday washing. Good size TV and an easy walk into central Nelson while being close to Trafalger park and the highway

Cons:

Slight cooking odour left from a previous guest but nothing offensive

A very good lodging in excellent location.
Pros:

Good location - near to the centre of town - and close to Tides Hotel which serves meals. Also to the Maitai River walk, which is great for a stroll. Receptionist also very helpful when we unintentionally walked off with the room key on checking out. She walked to meet me returning it, so I wouldn't miss the bus.

Cons:

The shower was very complex to operate, with numerous knobs etc.
