Very good and professional staff

Cons:

The room is very close to the reception. Basically there is a wall between the reception and room. Every morning you wake up with the talks between customers and staff. I really liked the staff but the design of hotel is not good. Altough the size of room is okay the shower cabin is very small and there are less number of shower gel than the nights you stay. The shower gel is cheap and single use ones.

Great for a night stopover in Rome.

Ótima localização! Fica muito perto do Roma Termini e ao lado de diversos restaurantes, conseguimos ir de patinete elétrico para todos os lugares de roma. Nos sentimos muito seguros durante toda a estadia. Me surpreendi com o tamanho do quarto, pois era maior do que esperavámos. A limpeza, quando chegamos, estava ótima, assim como o serviço de quarto. Sempre que voltávamos, o quarto estava organizado, os lixos trocados e tudo muito limpinho. A cama era confortável, o frigobar e o ar-condicionado estavam funcionando perfeitamente. O chuveiro e a pia também funcionavam muito bem, com água quente e fria normalmente. Não tenho qualquer reclamação. Tive uma ótima estadia e recomendo!
