Pros:

Hotel localizado próximo ao Shopping e estação do metrô.
Café da manhã variado e com um toque de comida local: tapioca, cuscuz, etc.
Quarto grande e confortável.

Cons:

Fila demorada para o check in e check out, em razão da burocracia e apenas um funcionário. Sugestão: retirada de snacks e bebidas do quarto. Pode deixar tudo disponível para compra no lobby, facilitando assim o check out, com apenas o depósito da chave.

Quarto amplo e confortável, ótimo café da manhã, ótima localização (ao lado do Shopping), boa academia, toalhas novas.

Cons:

Carece de atenção com a manutenção: o box vazava, alagando o banheiro, faltava a garrafa de gel de banho/shampoo no dispenser do box, e havia manchas de cigarro na mesinha de apoio. A chapinha de acabamento da torneira do box sempre cai.
