Perfect for a short trip
Pros:

Great location. Just a short walk or bus/cab ride into Guildford. Breakfast was good - cereal, fruit, pastries plus cooked options. All staff i mer very friendly.desk inroom was a unexpected bonus.

Cons:

My room was at the front of the building, which was absolutely fine in February, but if you're staying in summer when you want a window open the road could be noisy.

Nothing to like.

Cons:

The room.was exceptionally small.I have recorded the video of the room as well..The ceiling height is so small and I am not sure how booking.com allows a hotel to charge any amount ( despite such poor infrastructure).
I spent almost £70 on this booking and it was totally worthless..there was not even space to walk.Overall it looked like a box room. I need full refund for the stay.

It was weirdly okay
