Pros:

La piscina e la SPA sono ben tenute, c’é un’area per bambini separata ma comunque adiacente. Ottime l’accoglienza e la posizione vicinissima al centro e alle piste. Colazione discreta.

Cons:

Camera e bagno datati. Poca cura per la pulizia, ho trovato dei “ricordi” di ospiti precedenti al ns arrivo. Letti: materassi con avvallamento. Ristorante: ottimo il servizio ma piatti arrivati al tavolo freddi e non di qualità.

stanza molto bella; colazione super (un po' meno se una persona è celiaca)

posizione centralissima; molto bella la zona saune.
Colazione super; molto meno scelta per persone celiache nulla di fresco e tutto confezionato

Cons:

ho avuto un problema famigliare e non ho riscontrato nessuna comprensione e possibilità di aiuto a risolvere la situazione da parte dello staff sebbene sapevo che le condizioni di prenotazione da parte di booking non erano a mio favore. Forse in certe situazioni dovrebbe prevalere il buon senso e dimostrare voglia di risolvere situazioni improvvise verso i clienti
