A very nice stay and highlighted by the wonderful staff
Pros:

I had a very nice stay. It started from the receptionist(s). Both of the receptionists I have interacted during my check in were extremely professional, polite and friendly. That lifted the whole experience from the beginning. The rooms were comfy and clean and I was very satisfied on how it was equipped. The room I stayed was relatively small but it was designed well so it didn't even feel. Large windows, nice pavement, the desk, the bed, the luggage area etc. made really a difference. I even really liked the light switches. Overall, I had a great stay.

Cons:

I was looking at the roadside. It wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting due to other comments. I slept quite well. But it is true that rarely a car blasting music passes and you can hear it in the room. But I bet there are not much to do.

Pleasant hotel away from the centre of Geneva, but well connected.
Pros:

The hotel was booked at the last minute as the hotels I usually stay at were wither full or very expensive. #the hotel is away from the centre and consequently a lower price. Due to Geneva's excellent public transport system it was very easy to get to and from the hotel. The other benefit is that there are a lot of local restaurants that are better value than those in the centre.
The air conditioning was excellent and appreciated as Geneva was suffering a heat wave.

Cons:

All things considered, there was nothing not to like. You have to accept that the hotel is exactly as described.

Pros:

Very nice staff. Let us store our luggage in a small room until our room was ready.

Cons:

After a long day of train travel and checking out the city, we were glad to get back to the room at night to charge our phones and take a shower. I plugged my phone in with adapter, and it blew a fuse. Contacted the young lady at the front desk who was told how to reset it from the room, but it didn't work. Panic set in as there were no other rooms available. After about an hour, she was told a way to reset it from outside the room, and fortunately it worked. My daughter stayed in the warm room during this blackout period while I stayed in the lobby where it was cooler and where I could charge my phone. I was grateful that the young lady tried hard to help us. But also worrisome was the leaking water from one of the light fixtures in the main lobby. We were told that it only does that when it gets so hot.
