Staff very friendly, food excellent and good value, great location.
The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. The Guinness was excellent and the food was very good, I eat in the bar on three occasions.
To improve the rooms could do with a fridge in them. A safe would also be a good addition.

The hotel itself needs a big or an update. Some very basic maintenance issues around the place.
Nothing preventing non guests walking in main door and heading straight up the stairs to guests room!

Lovely hotel. Food excellent. Staff excellent.
Very friendly reception staff, freshly renovated spacious room & bathroom. Hotel had an airy feel to it. Pub on the ground floor was cosy, wonderful food & hospitality. Easy parking. Could walk across the Shannon to the CBD (approx 20 minutes).
Noisy construction next door but that is temporary.

The room sounds prove is bad. So noicy outside in the hall, I was wake up 4 times in a night by people who is talking in the hall, if you want to good sleep and quite environment, I do not recommend
