On-site parking. Welcoming receptionist. Bags carried upstairs to room.
The room was very hot and had only a small fan. The telescopic curtain rails were precarious. The shower was in a high-sided bath. Breakfast was poor quality and the self-service area was small and cramped.
The food, and the friendly staff
No lift and a small carpark
Fabulous hotel, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Stayed here for a concert in Thomond Park and it was the perfect location as its only a 10 minute walk. Food is great and beds are so comfortable. I will be back.
Es war im Zimmer sehr warm. Die Nachmittagssonne hat das Zimmer sehr stark aufgeheizt. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator. Die Fenster ließen sich ebenfalls nicht richtig öffnen, sondern nur die kleinen klappbare Oberlichter.
Good location. Easy walk to the city. Parking available. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size.
