Pros:

Hotel je v pěkném prostředí, u parku. Snídaně výborná a večeře dostačující. Na recepci příjemná paní recepční.

Cons:

V restauraci kolem zdí hodně prachu a špíny. Obsluha v restauraci hodně špatná, po delší době u večeře nutno objednat osobně pití u obsluhy na baru a sám si odnést. V sobotu restaurace zavírá ve 22 hodin. Tak doporučuji se na tu variantu připravit. Župany nejsou v ceně, nutno vyžádat a zaplatit na recepci (jeden hodně používaný včetně děr), parkoviště pro hotelové hosty je také zpoplatněné. Bazén teplý 29 stupňů, ale voda nic moc čistá. Trysky v bazéně fungovaly 3. Ostatni mimo provoz. Bazén plný hlučných dětí i ve večerních hodinách.

Spa open for outside people , very busy at some point. The elevator didn’t work when we came later was fixed. Bathroom falling apart , Extra Charge for parking , the young guy on reception desk was not bother to speak English or shows my wife where spa is ,he just ignored her !!! No kettles in bedroom

Pros:

Na szczególne uznanie zasługują obfite i różnorodne śniadania, które każdego dnia stanowiły doskonały początek dnia. Strefa saun była przygotowana profesjonalnie i spełniała wszystkie oczekiwania – komfort oraz standard utrzymania stały na wysokim poziomie. Duży, przestronny pokój zapewniał wygodę i swobodę, a piękny widok z okna dodatkowo podnosił przyjemność pobytu. Obsługa hotelu była uprzejma i pomocna, z wyjątkiem Pana ratownika, którego podejście odbiegało od pozostałych.

Cons:

Łóżko w pokoju było mało wygodne, co wpływało na komfort wypoczynku. Woda w basenie była zbyt chłodna, przez co korzystanie z niego nie było w pełni przyjemne. Negatywne wrażenie pozostawiło również zachowanie ratownika, który sprawiał wrażenie osoby niesympatycznej i niechętnej do udzielania pomocy.
W pokoju zabrakło czajnika, co przy dłuższym pobycie stanowi pewne utrudnienie. W godzinach porannych, około 8:50, w jadalni panował bardzo duży tłok — nie było ani jednego wolnego stolika, co zmuszało do przychodzenia na śniadanie znacznie wcześniej (około 8:00), aby móc swobodnie usiąść. Ponadto nie odnotowano wymiany ręczników w trakcie pobytu, a sprzątanie pokoju było wykonywane w sposób dość pobieżny

Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni, piękny budynek, restauracja wporzadku. Obsługa ok i strefa spa super.

Problem z windą - ponoć notoryczny. Pokój na 4 piętrze i spacery schodami (z torbami przy meldunku ) są utrudnieniem. Jedyny duży minus!
Mały minus za to że na 4 piętrze coś huczało od ok 8 rano do 22- jakby rekuperacja, wchodziło to w wibracje i jest to dla mnie akurat dyskomfort.

Pros:

Milý personál, bazén vyzeral dobre, žial sme nestihli využiť.

Cons:

Manželská posteľ pre 2 dospelé osoby mala asi 140 cm na šírku, do matraca sme sa prepadli. Príšerná noc, ani jeden z nás sa nevyspal. Kúpelňa by potrebovala trochu starostlivosti, nemilo nás prekvapil hrdzavý radiátor. Vzhľadom na cenu ubytovania takmer 100€ za noc boli raňajky ďalšie sklamanie. Pomer cena/kvalita neadekvátny.
