Not a great hotel for wanting to do work.
Pros:

There was a large middle school soccer team staying at the hotel and they ran around and through the hotel screaming for days and late into the night. The staff did minimal to control any of this. Being on a trip for work this made it very difficult to do work that I needed to get done. I had to find reasons to leave the hotel just to get some quiet.

Cons:

Lack of control and organization of the hotel.

Buon hotel in una zona tranquilla
Pros:

La struttura nel suo complesso, camera sufficientemente ampi, pulita, il tutto in una zona silenziosa.

Cons:

Durante la notte alcune persone, forse un po' alticce, nel corridoio e in una camera vicina con i loro schiamazzi hanno dato fastidio, senza che la receptionist intervenisse. La colazione (dolce) era quasi inesistente.

Super śniadania i strefa SPA

Cons:

Parking bardzo mały z który trzeba dopłacać, niby jest parking uprzejmościowy po drugiej stronie ulicy współpracujący z hotelem czynny do 21,00 ale jak trzeba w nocy przyjechać i wyjechać , musimy prosić w recepcji żeby otwarto go lub umawiać się że wrócimy późno w nocy. Trochę to chlupotliwe. Jak ktoś jeździ rowerami można by pomyśleć o schowku na rowery z prawdziwego zdarzenia,

Paslaugus bei malonus personalas. Kambarys erdvus, švarus ir tvarkingas. Didelis vonios kambarys. Automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė. Gera vieta netoli promenados. Skanūs ir įvairūs pusryčiai. Yra baseinų zona.

Lokalizacja, standard pokoju, wielkość, szybkie załatwienie sprawy z usterką

Cons:

Na śniadaniu talerze w bufecie świeciły pustkami. Żeby skomponować podstawowy posiłek trzeba było odczekać na doniesienie, po jajecznicę, potem po wędlinę, potem po pomidora. Jak było jedno brakowało drugiego. Niestety cierpliwość gości hotelowych udzielała się kolejnym osobom. Za małe porcje na taką ilość gości. O 9 pełna sala a jajecznicy Pani donosi dla 3/4osob. Dramat

Duży pokój z ogródkiem. Wygodne łóżka.
Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do promenady i rynku.
Bardzo miła obsługa recepcji, można było liczyć na pomoc o każdej porze.

Cons:

Bardzo głośny hotel. W trakcie naszego pobytu odbywały się obozy sportowe dla dzieci. O 7:30 dzieci szły na śniadanie generując taki poziom głośności, że nie dało się nie obudzić. Prowadzący obozy zachowywali się równie głośno, krzyczeli do dzieci o zachowanie ciszy (paradoks) nie zważając że inni goście mogą jeszcze spać. Dodatkowo dzieci biegały po całej restauracji, w trakcie śniadania niebezpiecznie było przechodzić z gorącym napojem. Rozgrzewki odbywały się na częściach wspólnych jak korytarz czy basen co również powodowało dyskomfort i uniemożliwiało w pełni korzystania z udogodnień hotelu.
Hotel ogłasza się jako przyjazny dla dzieci, posiada dwie sale zabaw jednak niestety pozostawiają one wiele do życzenia. Zabawki na baterie nie działały - wszystkie rozładowane, dywany brudne, wiele niedociągnięć. Dodatkowo łóżeczko turystyczne płatne extra, krzesełka do karmienia brudne, woda w brodziku pełna gałęzi, robaków itd. Więcej uwagi na detale i byłoby znacznie lepiej.
Średni poziom czystości: w łazience pod sufitem wiele pajęczyn, niezamieciony taras. Znowu zabrakło dbałości o detale.

Lokalizacja - blisko centrum Mikołajek, smaczne śniadania.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji i skutecznej wentylacji pokoju. Niski poziom wyciszenia pokoju, goście nie respektujący ciszy nocnej. Parking tylko na kilka miejsc przez co goście muszą korzystać z parkingu obok i dopłacać 40 zł za dobę.

Possible a good place in summer but not out of season
Pros:

Place felt very deserted - we were the only people staying. The hotel staff wasn’t welcoming at all , neither at arrival, not at departure. No explanation of the facilities available . It was quiet - that’s the most positive. Also we managed to find the softly area after asking the stuff which was quite good . Didn’t enjoy our stay.

Passable
Pros:

Really good hotel place. The center is realy near.
And thats all what we like.... 😑

Cons:

First: one reception worker was rude.. No smile, no hi 🫣
Second: in room is very hot, a conditioner was in one room of two. We not understant why.
Third: room sound isolation is very bad.. in the night you hear all hall sound.
Spa zone: jakuzzi was broken, you can't choose program or ect. Finally it was totaly broken and we can't turn of it when we go out.. sauno not working.
Breakfast: two morning food totaly the same..
Bed: omg.. 🫣 Its like a board.. not comfortable, the bedding is torn.

Not recomended.. Really 😳

Nice Mikolaiki
Pros:

Nice city, lake promenade

Cons:

Of course Mikolaiki is small city, but this hotel is not in the city center. Not free parking. For not high season the prices are too high
