Pros:

La atención del personal, la limpieza y la ubicación.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño de la habitación estaba dividido: el lavabo integrado en la habitación y al usarlo tenías que tener cuidado para no clavarte el grifo en la frente; la ducha en otro hueco , incómoda, estrecha y donde no tenías ni donde poner la toalla; el inodoro en un habitáculo estrecho.

Esta bien lo de aprovechar al máximo el espacio, pero que no vaya en detrimento del cliente. Tampoco tenía armario: un pequeño y ridículo colgador para la ropa.

Bien ubicado, cerca de Atocha y a un paso del centro. Moderni, limpio y con buenos detalles con el cliente. Trato muy cercano

Nada, salvo que seas alguien muy tiquismiquis, es un sitio ideal, donde pasar unas noches, con una gran ubicación, gente agradable y habitaciones cómodas.

Habitación agradable con desayuno en centro de Madrid, cerca de Atocha y de museos,
Pros:

Ubicación adecuada, muchos locales alrededor, nada ruidosa. Habitación amplia, incluso me dieron una superior, desayuno adecuado, trato amable.

Cons:

Todo genial, por decir algo, tener en cuenta la moqueta para los alérgicos y la puerta del baño es corredera, por si necesitas intimidad (yo viajaba sóla, ningún problema).

Wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We received a warm welcome and a great recommendation for a nearby craft brewery, that also had any extensive selection of wines. Hotel is close to the main train station and many attractions.

Great boutique hotel in a central locale.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location to walk to the Prado, etc. Great price. Quiet. Continental breakfast was as good as full. Had rescheduling issues due to a cancelled flight and the owners/managers were so helpful. Have already recommended the hotel to friends. Loved it!

A wonderful boutique hotel!!
Pros:

We liked everything. Nothing to improve or complain about…very hospital and welcoming hosts. We also loved the wonderful bakery and ethnic restaurants within a stone’s throw of this place. Great food everywhere.

Cons:

We actually enjoyed the location since it forced us to walk uphill first thing in the morning to almost everything we were walking to since it was all downhill when we were tired….but I mention it just in case there are those that find walking hills like in San Francisco difficult.
