Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina

We have stayed at the Swiss Diamond 5 times for business while in Prishtina. This time we spent a total of eight nights in two separate stays. We found the service at the hotel to be excellent as all the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. The experience in both the restaurant and lounge were wonderful.

If you are looking for an exceptional experience in the best hotel in Prishtina, the Swiss Diamond is your best choice. Compared to many other European hotels, the price is very reasonable.

I stayed 2 nights at Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina. The location was easy to access. The staff was very friendly. I had a single room with a big balcony. My room was pretty spacious. The bed was also a good one. There were all the amenities you need in the room.
Breakfast was really impressive with a wide variety of dishes.

This is a tremendous hotel. It’s conveniently located next to Mother Teresa Boulevard - a major pedestrian shopping street.

We had a premium deluxe room that was as large as some suites. The bedroom was beautiful with some of the nicest furniture I’ve seen in a hotel. The bathroom was equally luxurious with a tub and shower. The shower might have been the largest one I’ve seen in a hotel.

WiFi was very good. We got several English tv channels which we appreciated.

Service was top notch. The restaurants were very good for both dinner and breakfast.

Valet parking is free and greatly appreciated when you arrive during rush hour.

I loved the place and hope to return.

I can't fault this hotel in any way, in my humble opinion. The welcome was great, and checking was smooth.
Visited the hotel restaurant for dinner, and that was superb.
The service was above all expectations. My appreciation to Besnik, who looked after us in the restaurant. Besnik was very professional and explained everything that we needed to know.
Definitely, we will be coming back.

All in all everything was great and staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant

The hotel is most centrally located with easy access to historic sites. The service was excellent all round. The room was great and so was the food at the restaurant.
Only improvement I can suggest is that the conceirge should be manned. There was a table and a sign saying Conceirge but for the three days I was there it was not manned but the helpful staff at the reception however made up for it.

A really excellent Hotel right in the heart of Pristina.
Our room was very comfortable.
The Spa is superb with a really decent pool.
The food is excellent. We had a bar snack and breakfast which is a well equipped buffet.
The staff are extremely helpful - without exception they were polite and informative.

Tucked away in the heart of this lovely city is an total gem of a hotel.
I knew I was going to like it when the bundle of hotel branded linens in the bathroom was enormous. Put that, with the fantastic pool and spa and you're onto a winner.

The rooms were somewhat dated - not old, but a bit old-fashioned in terms of their decor - think lots of red velvet and dark swirly carpets. Staff were great and the location was perfect - right in the centre but away from the main road. That said, some rooms overlook one of the squares that host music stages, so maybe we were lucky with the noise.

Breakfast was good - not exceptional - very 'of the region' in terms of choice - lots of meat for example.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Pristina, then look no further...

Back at the Swiss Diamond maybe the 8th time in 5 years, booked by conference organizers. This is still an excellent hotel, to the degree that staying here is a real asset of Prishtina visits.

Rooms are nice, the spa is fantastic, breakfast excellent. Staff is friendly except the non-greeting ground floor porters. Very strange new houseshoes that fully close instead of slippers and that are way too small for me; and at first I was offered a really bad room with mostly walled-up window, but upon asking for it, I got a really good one on the top floor.

Looking forward to return in 2026!

Greatest place to stay in balcan

Hotellet är mycket bra, läget suveränt. Restaurangen håller inte den klassen dom önskar både när det gäller maten och en ganska så trött personal.
Baren och reception var mycket bra.

I would like to start by saying that I really enjoy staying at Hotel Swiss Diamond Pristina and I always prefer your hotel over others. This stay was especially important to me as I was traveling with my daughter and my father-in-law. Unfortunately, we experienced some issues with the cleanliness of the room. We first noticed glitter on the bedspread that stuck to my daughter, and later we also found old receipts under the bed as well as dust on the headboard. When we contacted the reception, you kindly apologized and sent housekeeping, which we appreciated. However, considering the hotel’s high standard and price level, I would have expected to be offered a new room immediately, especially since we had a young child who needed rest. At a hotel of your class, such mistakes should be compensated in a better way. Despite this, I truly value your hotel and hope that the service will continue to meet the high standard I am used to when staying with you.
