Very Nice place
I liked the room, it was nice and kinda pet friendly.
For a misunderstanding I thought they had a parking lot but they didn't. I parked for a few minutes on the street while I was figuring out what to do and the police arrived! Huge thanks for the guy at the desk for letting me know but I parked so far away from the hotel and they didn't give me even a cookie for the misunderstanding, I don't want free stuff, I'm just saying that nobody check on me if I needed something or gave me a recommendation about a place to park, they simply didn't care.
They claim that they are pet friendly but they don't provide anything for the dogs, like a bed or food bowls not even a place for the dogs to pee (like other hotels pet friendly) but they sure have a pet fee which I paid for my small pup, who didn't make any mess. Our room was the closest to the entrance and besides the hotel they have 2 restaurants and a lot of people come and go, also it was very noisy at night. They do not have a coffee maker like in other hotels, they only give you water. The staff was nice but they seemed surprised that we had a special price that we got from Booking.com and they asked us twice about that, they stopped when I asked "are you trying to make me pay more? Or what do you need?" And they stopped. When I come back to Querétaro I will look for another option.

Es muy original, cuidaron mucho el aspecto del diseño de interiores, nuestra habitación muy bonita y amplia, pero con algunos pequeños detalles de falta de mantenimiento. La pizza que pedimos muy rica, pero al salir nos dimos cuenta que había una promoción de 2x1 que nunca nos comentaron a la hora de solicitarla. El desayuno del restaurante muy bien, en un espacio abierto, apacible.

The hotel is in a great central location for walking. The staff are great. The restaurants and food on site are exceptional. The suite we stayed in has beautiful views but is run down and needs updates
Lugar agradable, muy abierto, con dos restaurantes y patio. La máster suite está bien equipada y agradable para estar en pareja, sólo agregaría una mesa y un par de sillas o una sala de acuerdo al espacio disponible. Lo único que no agradó es la falta de estacionamiento y el poco espacio para bajar del auto y maletas en esa calle.
Todo iba bien hasta que llegué con mi hija a la 1am y nos tuvieron 20 minutos tocando la puerta hasta que el encargado se dignó a abrirnos, reclamando porque tocábamos fuerte. De madrugada, con frío y en la calle sólo con mi hija y no abrían, uno esperaría otro servicio de un lugar así.
La amabilidad del personal, y abre las puertas y te hace sentir agusto!!
Pero definitivamente falta capacitación y supervisó on, pero como que todo ahí va, saliendo sin estrategia, ven realidad gracias a la muy buena actitud del personal.

The place is beautiful. The staff super kind, at lobby and restaurant. Perfectly located in downtown, not close to the traffic jams but at walking distance from all main gardens. They have my favorite jacaranda tree in the restaurant... It is a beautiful place! I am coming back.

Bedbugs, nickle and dimed once you arrive. Loud restaurant staff at 7am until midnight. "Doggie area" within outdoor restaurant. Reported bedbug bites and cleaner became angry and aggresive. Asked for an extra blanket, they had NONE. My things were ruffled thru, moved. Management could not care less. "Rain shower" without water pressure showering basically with a drizzle. And roaches. Yeah, bedbugs and roaches. Had to go to the Dr. regarding bedbugs, showed staff Dr. Recommendatiin to fumigate which again was met with aggressive response and insults from staff. Unbelievable. They need to decide, are they a Disco, a restaurant or hotel, currently failing at all of them. I would not eat there based on what I witnessed.

El personal y las instalaciones bastante bien y muy amables, al personal les falta algo de profecionalismi y parecen algo exagerados en su atención pero pasan por alto detalles esenciales.
La limpieza deja mucho que decir... fue descuido? No lo sé la primera ves que estuve aquí fue mejor en general y sin ningún problema. Cómo nota aparte, el restaurante y café... algo elevados de precio para lo que es y su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad.
Un lugar con mucho diseño, tranquilidad y cercanía al centro histórico. Totalmente recomendado. Muy buen servicio del restaurant

Has an excellent location super supernclose of downtown and a lot of different restaurant and churches. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Food in that restaurant inside was really good as well.
