Very nice stuff and convenient location
The breakfast area can be improved

The room was great, beautiful and comfy. Also it is in a really small town, so it is in the center, very convenient to get other transportation for the lakes.
The breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly.

The room was simply wonderful. It contained everything we could expect to find in a good hotel room, and even the positioning of everything was perfect, together with the decor. This should be an example to other prspective hoteliers.
It would have been good if it had had a bar or restaurant, however both were available nearby.
Super convenient location at Lake Louise. The room was really newly renovated with thoughtful decorations and good shower. Good size room for one night with heating and coffee machine etc. Staff were very friendly with good local recommendations and knowledge.

We were delighted by our stay here. Staff were lovely. Good value discount breakfast for $10. The room was modern and clean. There was a shoe drier in the room. Plenty of space in the room with additional seating. Plenty of parking.

A bit dated, but fit nicely in environment.
Nothing outstanding
The check-in process was horrible. Every staff member told me something different. No one took accountability for messing up my checkin. I was given a room what was clearly in the middle of being renovated. That bathroom door was semi installed. When I called the front desk to report my concern, the staff gaslighted me stating all the rooms were like that. A manager to came to the room only after I insisted on it. She agreed that the door was in fact not a permanent one, but a makeshift one. She told me that we’re 100 committed and she’ll switch me to a new room first thing in the morning. I came back at 3pm and the check in manager who messed up yesterday gaslighted me again stating they can’t move me into a new room without me being present even though the night manager asked me to pack my bags and the staff will move them to the new room in the morning. We went back and forth for about 20 minutes with her giving me all kind of policy and procedure bs before the manager showed up and fixed the problem. It was very unprofessional and untrained staff. They NEVER took accountability for any of their mistakes.
