very very basic for the cost. should have been half the price for the quality of the hotel, services and standard of the room. More of a 20US per night than a 45US per night. No fridge, no safe, combined bathroom (shower not separated from toilet and basin (very much a low budget asian style feel, except the toilet was western). At best 'Ok', but not worth the price tag.

Gd svc.Do not expect too much for room condition.
Pros:

The condition of the room abit run down, maybe due to number of years.
One of the rooms has mouldy black patch on wall when u pull away the curtain.
Maybe abit refurbishment is good.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I requested rollaway (extra bed) in my booking. It apparently was not in their system, but they came to our room with a mattress as extra bed immediately after we checked in.
However, eventually we had to change room due to the room we check-in is unable to fit an extra mattress. All these were done within 15mins. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

The hotel was fine for the tariff. We arrived early after an overnight flight and they happily stored our belongings until check in time but it was a long taxi trip into KL to find something to see. Shah Alam is a State capital and in a very conservative area. We could not get an alcoholic drink at either the hotel nor any restaurant or cafe nearby. If I went to KL again I would stay closer to the city centre where there is more to see and do unless I specifically wanted to stay at Shah Alam.

Staff are very helpful.
Staff helped to arrange a new room after we complaint the air cond was very noisy.
Although the new room is not completed with the renovation, but overall the room is BIG, NICE & CLEAN.
My family like the wall paper so much. very special.
Not many hotel reserved car park, but overall a lot of parking.

Lizard all around.
Pros:

Yere is lozards in all rooms. O changed my room 3 times and all rooms have lizards. This was terrible. It was better in past.they transfer me to their new hotel nut the lizard on new building was a lot bigger than the other buildings.... I ll never stay in that hotel.
