Great location walking distance to lots of food and shopping
Pros:

Location. Right accross from river, great views of dragon bridge. Friendly staff, very helpful. Next to lots of shops, and market. It’s on a main road. But not a big issue. Pool is average. Breakfast was great. Great pho 1 minute walk, staff recommended.

Loved this place, but the lack of hot water was not so brilliant…
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Brilliant Hotel. It’s in a great location with our room providing a window seat to the Dragon Bridge. The room & hotel was always clean, and the staff were super friendly & extra willing to assist in any way. Close to great local markets & eateries. We loved it!

Cons:

The only failing of this hotel is the “hot” water in our room. We stayed on the 6th floor (of 17) arriving on a Thursday. The showers seemed warm enough that evening, but every day following we struggled to get anything more than warm water through the taps, at any time of day, morning, noon or night.
At one time, with the hotel engineer present, we ran three taps (bath, shower & basin) for 20 minutes & only achieved water around 38-40 degrees C. Eventually, another 5-10 minutes of water running down the drain, it might have hit slightly warmer than 40deg C. Absolutely no fear of accidental scalding!!
This is an unacceptable level of water waste, & a serious issue for the hotel’s building management.

Riverfront hotel with nice staffs
Pros:

The hotel located at riverfront area and easy access to nearly food and tourist spots. Staffs are generally very friendly. Breakfast very good for the price we paid.

Pros:

Brilliant location with many nice eateries, spas and massage spots nearby. View from room was lovely. Overlooking the Han River and there was a nice view of Dragon Bridge. Generous space. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Breakfast spread was varied and delicious. Changed on a daily basis. Airport transfer was good.

Cons:

Decoration of room was dated. Complimentary afternoon tea was so so.

Pros:

The hotel had a very good location, situated just around 100 meters from the Dragon Bridge, with a direct view of the river in the very heart of Da Nang city. The view was absolutely marvelous, especially in the evening, and the rooftop bar was also very special, offering some of the best views in Da Nang.
