Pros:

Расположение на набережной, близость к торговым улицам, рынку Han, красивым мостами.
Завтраки разнообразные и обильные, "шведский стол" на любой вкус, в панорамном ресторане с видом на реку.
Персонал на ресепшн помогает: купить он-лайн билеты, вызвать такси /трансфер(дешевле grab), внимательные. Уборка и замена белья в номерах каждый день.

Amazing location, room and views - hotel was immaculate and staff were great- one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Exceptional in every aspect-

Cons:

Only teensy disappointment was the shower - worked fine but head not fixed in position so wobbled about a little but that was the only (and very minor) thing I found could possibly improved upon

5 nights in Danang
Pros:

Fantastic location- the Dragon bridge is next the hotel. Also close to Danang museum and lots of nice restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly in reception area. Great breakfast and laundry service. Nice small inside pool. Everywhere clean and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

Rooftop bar was a little disappointing. It was cold, windy and wet the day we visited. We were asked if we had a reservation and it felt they preferred people to dine up there rather than drink. Smokers have to use a stairwell

Very nice location
Pros:

The room and view was great, front desk and door men are gracious, we didn’t request for room cleaning however housekeeping left us fresh towels etc by the door, what a nice gesture, well appreciated

Cons:

Staff at the breakfast room needs to smile - they looked very serious like they are not happy working their jobs in the mornings,
Not impressed with afternoon tea set up - doesn’t look like other afternoon tea setup from other hotels - and y only one time? Should be free daily afternoon tea during stay
Breakfast food was good, lots of choices and breakfast room spacious with pretty views.

Overall a great hotel, great location, fabulous breakfast, AMAZINGLY helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are THE BEST! 5 Stars! EXTREMELY helpful and VERY kind. This is my 2nd year back at that Brilliant hotel and we will keep coming back because of the kind staff and lovely accommodations. Perfect central location for us and right in the middle of everything. The breakfast is really great too! Lots of yummy selections!

Cons:

Bathroom shower was a bit slippery for in and out of the jacuzzi tub. The younger kids had a hard time negotiating the shower and the water does not drain effectively on the outside of the shower so water goes everywhere. Needed lots of towels to secure safe transfer from jacuzzi up to the sink. We had the grand suite room.

Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się w samym centrum miasta, dzięki czemu wszędzie można dojść pieszo. To idealne miejsce zarówno na zwiedzanie, jak i wyjazd służbowy.
Od samego wejścia czuć profesjonalizm i serdeczność – wszyscy pracownicy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, mili i pomocni. Obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta, gotowa odpowiedzieć na każde pytanie i zadbać o komfort gości.
Pokój był przestronny, bardzo czysty i świetnie urządzony. Duże, wygodne łóżko zapewniło doskonały wypoczynek. Dużym plusem był również zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty dostępny w pokoju. Łazienka czysta i zadbana, wyposażona w dobrej jakości kosmetyki.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują również śniadania – były naprawdę pyszne, świeże i bardzo urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością się wraca. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto ceni wysoki standard, świetną lokalizację i miłą atmosferę.

very good location and staff!
Pros:

excellent location, above and beyond service from Quong who greeted us upon check-in, recommended a v gd restaurant, helped arrange for cheaper than Grab transport up to Ba Na Hills. He and his colleagues made the difference in our stay! thank you Quong!

ventilation in the toilet could be better, but not a big issue.
