El hotel es precioso y la habitacion muy cómoda.

Estaban en reparaciones cuando fui
Es muy alejado del centro de la ciudad, asi como de las playas. Se tiene que invertir mucho tiempo en caminar lo cual puede ser malo para las personas con problemas o que no tienen auto

Das war jetzt unser (geschätzt) achter Aufenthalt im Charisma.
Wir sind bei jedem Aufenthalt wieder überrascht über die gleichbleibend hohe Qualität.
Das beginnt gleich mit einem freundlichen und zügigen Check-in. Die Zimmer sind bequem und gut ausgestattet, die Mahlzeiten reichhaltig und schmackhaft.
Das wichtigste ist aber das nette, hilfsbereite Personal. Alle Namen zu nennen, würde den Rahmen sprengen ( und mein Gedächtnis überfordern). Daher seien hier stellvertretend Leyla, Pınar und Musa aus dem Restaurant genannt und der freundliche Herr aus Gelsenkirchen (?).
Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.
NB Wenn man bei den begrenzten Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Hotel keinen Platz mehr findet, wird das Auto (wo auch immer) von hilfreichen Geistern untergebracht.

Whilst the staff were accommodating - the outdated hotel was more a two star.
Pros:

The view and the seafood restaurant was amazing.

Cons:

The photos on booking.com did not reflect the room we were provided. The breakfast was dreadful.

Tout est parfait ! Chambre spacieuse et très confortable et que dire des infrastructures qui sont toutes parfaites.
Mention spéciale pour la salle de sport qui est mieux équipé qu'une salle de sport de ville.
À l'inverse, la piscine était très froide, seulement chauffer à 26 degrés... En hiver c'est un peu frais.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Das Zimmer, das wir hatten – Zimmer Nr. 3104 – war einfach perfekt. Es war sehr schön und wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das Abendessen hingegen war sehr abwechslungsreich und ausgesprochen lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das stets sehr bemüht war, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und dafür zu sorgen, dass sich die Gäste glücklich und zufrieden fühlen.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Cons:

Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel gibt es aus meiner Sicht jedoch noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Der Pool war für mein Empfinden zu stark gechlort, sodass man den Geruch deutlich wahrgenommen hat. Die Eier beim Frühstück könnten geschmacklich noch optimiert werden, und es wäre angemessener, wenn heiße Getränke wie zum Beispiel ein Cappuccino im Frühstück inklusive wären.
Einige Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben unser Zimmer 2x gewechselt, um uns wohl zu fühlen und den Standard von einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu haben.
