A wonderful and memorable stay made especially special by the genuinely caring and attentive staff.
Pros:

The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. A special thank you to Ömer at reception and Filiz from Guest Relations for always being so helpful and welcoming. Dilek from Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful — our room was always spotless, beautifully organized, and cared for with great attention to detail. We really appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the whole team.

Cons:

We had a few issues with our room when we first arrived, which was a little disappointing. However, the team responded incredibly quickly and had everything sorted by the very next day. Their attentiveness and willingness to help completely turned the situation around, so it didn’t negatively affect our overall experience.

We stayed for our honeymoon and the food and view, service was amazing experience. The only thing is that we didn’t want to swim in the sea. We think they leak the garbage, waste water into the sea. We see bubbles in the sea every day. And they try to remove the bubbles by passing with jetski everyday. It was fun to watch that show everyday.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Küche: Die Menüs am Buffet waren einfach Weltklasse – für jeden Geschmack und jeden Gaumen ist etwas dabei.

Auch der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen: Spa, Gymnastikraum und Sauna sind vorhanden und laden zum Entspannen ein.

Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit einer fantastischen Lage, hervorragendem Essen und einem sehr schönen Gesamtangebot. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Preise außerhalb des Frühstücks und Abendessens sind für türkische Verhältnisse doch ziemlich hoch.

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Deluxe-Zimmer war leider etwas laut und wirkte veraltet. Eine automatische Temperatursteuerung gibt es offenbar nicht. Wenn man sie ausschaltet, wird es schnell zu warm und man hat das Gefühl, zu ersticken; lässt man sie laufen, ist sie aufgrund der Lautstärke beim Schlafen störend. Hier wäre eine Modernisierung sicherlich sinnvoll.

Ansonsten gibt es eigentlich nicht viel zu beanstanden. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
