mi estancia estuvo muy bien

muy bien , variado

Cons:

el piso del baño esta muyyyyyyy resbaloso, y muy peligroso para una caida
y lo considero de alto riesgo mucho mas para niños y adultos mayores,
yo estuve a punto de tener una caida

Pros:

Excelente desayuno, la ubicación accesible, muy cerca de San Carlos lo cual estuvo genial para la visita.

Cons:

El ruido en la habitación, demasiado ruido por la avenida principal y entre habitaciones, supongo que fue por estar el hotel full, pero si quiza mejorar un poco mas el paso del ruido

Hotel en mal estado
Pros:

La atención del personal es rapida pero en momentos deficiente y se puede percibir que estan de mal humor (personal de recepción y comedor)

Cons:

Pedí que me acomodaran 2 habitaciones mas en el mismo piso y nunca resolvieron, siendo que anticipe con tiempo la solicitud, la alberca esta en mal estado, la habitacion no servía el extractor del baño, la regadera esta en mal estado, el aire dejó de funcionar y me tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion y el techo tenía goteras a la altura del closet y de la televisión mejor no hablamos, nunca dio señal, siempre se detenía la señal (pixeleada).
