Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed sentiment: several guests praised that rooms and common areas were very clean, but there are multiple complaints about elevator and carpet cleanliness, a generally poor cleaning comment, and a very slippery bathroom floor (safety concern).
Service
10
Generally excellent service noted repeatedly ("EXCELENTE SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL", "personal muy atento", friendly staff at breakfast), although a few guests reported staff shortcomings (one comment about staff leaving much to be desired and a refused late check-out). Overall sentiment strongly positive.
Location
10
Strong positive mentions: described as "Ubicación excelente" and "Céntrico" by multiple guests; one brief negative mention in an English note but overall location is praised.
Room Quality
9
Rooms praised for comfortable beds and good in-room toiletries (DOVE products), overall cleanliness and comfort. Some negative notes about noise from plumbing/next floor and noisy air conditioning for at least one guest.
Amenities
8.5
Pool and toiletries were highlighted positively, but there are complaints about lack of an on-site restaurant/bar and issues with elevator cleanliness; mixed but slightly positive.
Value for Money
9
Not frequently mentioned explicitly; overall guest satisfaction and positive remarks about comfort and breakfast support a standard-to-good value perception for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is repeatedly described as tasty and varied, and some guests enjoyed it. Criticisms include buffet items running out quickly and no restaurant/bar on-site.
Overall Experience
9
Overall stays are described positively by many guests ("mi estancia estuvo muy bien", "es nuestra mejor opcion", "Todo estuvo de maravilla"), with isolated issues (cleaning, noise, late check-out) not dominating the general sentiment.
