Disappointing stay with a great location
Pros:

Excellent and convenient location. The reception staff was polite.

Cons:

Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s presentation on Booking. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The room was small and uncomfortable, and the mattress was hard, causing body pain and poor sleep.

Great place and affordable
Pros:

Walking distance to Milan Center, shopping, restaurants, Duomo Cathedral and train stations.
Thank you to the staff who kept my forgotten earrings! Big thanks to Kuya who find it in the pile of soiled bed sheets.
