fantastic location basic room
Pros:

the location of the hotel is fantastic, its is a few minutes walk to the square with the Duormo in it, the room we had was nice and large, but in need for refurbishment and modernisation

Близко к Собору Дуомо, близко кафе и рестораны, близко бутики, близко продуктовый магазин, разрешили заселиться раньше в номер, красивый вид вид из окна на старый дворик памятником, ночью тихо, рядом здание полиции

Personal excelente, muy servicial en gestión de taxis y otros, ubicación excelente

Cons:

Limpieza de baño, tenía cortina plástica con hongos, resto de pelos en baño. Limpieza de habitación piso y colcha era deficiente. Aire acondicionado se apagaba por falla en switch (personal amablemente lo levantaba cada vez que se apagaba)
