Po przyjeździe - gdzie weszliśmy z 2 psami - pani - nie wiem kim była - może właścicielka - może nie - zaczęła mówić podwyższonym głosem że z dwoma psami nas nie wpuści i że na booking jest napisane że tylko małe psy mogą być zakwaterowane - moje psy to szczenię 3 miesięczne i dorosły pies do kolan 8 letni - na booking było napisane - zawsze wybieram tę opcję - zwierzęta domowe akceptowane - po tłumaczeniu że zapłaciłam za hotel online zaczęła włączać głośno muzykę przez telefon i czekać aż pan z recepcji powie nam że nie wpuści nas i nie zakwateruje - kazał nam usunąć rezerwację - ale gdy tłumaczyłam że muszę za anulowanie jej zapłacić 210 € próbował mi wmawiać że nie - że jest to bezpłatne i że to mój problem i ja mam to zrobić . Pani bardzo niemiła - pan z recepcji trochę milszy .
Po czekaniu około godziny - mąż poszedł szukać innego hotelu a ja wisiałam na telefonie z panią z booking w celu rozwiązania sytuacji .
Hotel tragiczny - nie jak w opisie - obskurny , śmierdzący ,

A good value for money, located right in the center of Milan

Great location, the reception is open 24/7

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation; everything looks quite worn out. Some of the towels are already not in the best condition. Soundproofing is poor.

Super rapport qualité-prix !
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, l'accueil de jour comme de nuit. La chambre était mieux que ce que l'on avait réservé. C'est l'hébergement le moins cher que nous ayons trouvé donc super rapport qualité-prix !

Cons:

Il manquait une bouilloire et au lieu de laisser les savons des précédents clients par terre dans la douche, peut-être mettre un distributeur de savon ? Ou accrocher un porte savon à minima ?
