Federico II Palace Hotel

Situato in una zona di espansione ad Enna Bassa, l’hotel dista pochi chilometri dal centro storico di Enna. L’edificio, moderno e imponente, è isolato, al centro di un ampio spazio nel quale trovano posto il solarium e la piscina all’aperto, i giardini e un’ampia area adibita al parcheggio. L’aspetto esterno è gradevole, in stile mediterraneo classicheggiante: la hall è molto spaziosa e ben arredata, l’accoglienza cortese e professionale
Stupenda la loro spa, con una bellissima piscina di acqua calda salata, Hammam, sauna, aria relax, e una palestra.
Purtroppo, la stanza a nostra disposizione, è stata una delusione, perché non insonorizzata dai rumori degli scarichi delle tubature interne.
Il fatto che fossimo nella zona Residence, non giustifica, un albergo a 4 stelle deve assolutamente assicurare la quiete.
Colazione inadeguata, per nulla assortita, ci siamo dovuti accontentare di quello che ci proponeva la bravissima cameriere.
Noi abbiamo pagato la colazione al momento della prenotazione avvenuta mesi addietro, quindi davvero un fatto grave.
Si da importanza più ai gruppi, gli eventi, che ai clienti di passaggio o addirittura, ai turisti.
Rapporto qualità prezzo incongruente

Buon albergo con belle grandi camere, location per eventi, ma comunque gradevole anche per soggiornare. Da migliorare il bar della hall .

Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there. We asked to speak with the manger to complain but never got a response from him. Breakfast was poor as we could not even get eggs as they said there was none left. I would not recommend this hotel if you want good customer service they have no idea how to treat their guests well! The shower has black mould all around the base and was not clean. This hotel spoilt our trip to Sicily!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 6 notti di fila durante un lavoro su Enna, Camera spaziosa con balcone. Bagno discreto, cabina armadio generosa.
Servizio lavanderia eccellente.
Servizio Palestra discreto, aggiungerei qualche manubrio e una panca piana con supporto per sbarra.
Colazione buona, sarebbe ottimo aumentare la scelta del salato, per esempio uova strapazzate.

We’re there for one night and it is a first class hotel. Just out of town with a beautiful view of the countryside. Lovely large room with a great bed and English tv channels. Only downside was we could barely hear the person next door snoring. Too bad but not loud enough to bother us.

Very nice hotel. Clean and very Spacious room. However, not the best location. It was difficult to find even with a GPS. Overall, very nice.

20분정도 걸리니 쇼핑하고 오기에 적당 에나 시내 와는 거리가 좀 있음

Servizi non equivalenti alle stelle dichiarate dell’hotel . Colazione molto scarsa , il personale della reception non accogliente ma scocciato . Il centro benessere noioso.

This is very nice hotel with a terrible entrance road -- summer and fall OK but it could be treacherous in spring and winter with rain and possible frost. Italian gps has no clue where this hotel is located but once in town the hotel signs are OK -- GPS put us on back road and then told us no vehicle entry is possible (Yep -- just farm fields). Exiting the hotel property is also an experience which GPS actually has correct -- through apartment residential area and to main road. There is on site parking but understand it is at the mercy of Italian drivers willingness to park _"anywhere close to the hotel door"

The hotel is great -- excellent breakfast, wonderful accommodations, and friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to staff. Taxi ride to town was no problem.

Tutto ok

Als ich in das hotel kam hatte ich das gefühl in der alte ddr zu sein. Der frontoffice angestälter war der king und ich nur ein einfacher gast, obwohl ich für 3 tage in das hotel 600 euro bezahlt hatte aleine.. Das hotel war nur zu ein drittel besetzt aber er hatte mir mit absicht ein zimmer gegeben wo yeden aben eine hochzeit mit feuerwehr und sehr laute music bis 3 uhr nacht war. Obwohl das hotel ser schön ist habe ich verstanden das da was faul war. In das hotel homepage stand drauf das ein pendelbus zum flughaven gab aber keine chance, taxi zum hotel und der war billiger al der von hotel angeboten wurde. ich war 3 tage dort und an ersten tag konnte ich den pool nicht benutzen weil es füt die hochzeit reserwiert war obwohl es 33 plus grad waren. an den letzen tag wote ich etwas einkaufen, es gab nur drei taxi und die waren in den moment besetzt, als ich fragte ob er für spähter reservieren könnte antwort: sind diese einkeufe so dringent? Er gab mir ein zettel mit den taxi nummer und sagte mir vieleit können sie es spähter selbst versuchen, fürso ein hotel sehr grausam. Es ist sehr traurig weil das hotel sehr schön ist die pool und restaurant angestälten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren aber front office und management kein fach personal.
Ich muss aber sagen das die tochter von den eigentumer sehr net hilfbereit und hatte imme einen schönen freundliches gesicht wie es sich führ ein hotelier gehört.

ATTENTION : cet hôtel accueille régulièrement des mariages en soiree autour de sa piscine. De ce fait la piscine ferme à 18h... n'espérez donc pas profiter de la fin de journée pour vous détendre... il faudra vous contenter d'une bonne douche dans votre chambre ! Sinon l'hôtel est calme mais très éloigné du centre ville (un véhicule est nécessaire)

Hotel is fine. Some staff members better than others. Gym was pretty decent. Food was good. Nice pool area.

Siamo arrivati tardo pome del 27 gen. Camera molto grande e spaziosa con un buon profumo di pulito. Colazione con grande scelta. Aperitivo assortito. Personale molto disponibile. Peccato essere ripartiti il 29 gen '17

bel établissement; chambres tres spacieuses, confortables, et un peu austeres
magnifique piscine interieure, très bien chauffée
attention toutefois: lors de notre départ, alors que la chambre avait été payée, on nous a demandé de payer le prix de la chambre avec une certaine arrogance. même si in fine, nous avons pu montrer que nous avions deja payé, par l'appli hotels.com

L'hôtel est très grand, semble assez ancien, mais plutôt bien maintenant. L'attitude du personnel à la réception est exécrable et varie entre l'indifférence et l'hostilité. Qui plus est, les hommes qui y étais ne pouvaient s'exprimer ni en anglais ou en francais de façon minimale est cohérente. Quelle idée de mettre pareilles gens à l'accueil??? Par contre, Lucia, la serveuse que nous avons eu, à la fois au dîner et au petit-déjeuner était dévouée et absolument charmante. La nourriture, fort bonne.
De plus, la vue sur la campagne sicilienne et les petits villages, depuis l'hôtel, est magnifique.
Enfin, la politique de check-out à 10h00 am est exécrable. Les standards internationaux sont midi, ou, à la limite, 11h00 am, avec souplesse jusqu'à midi.

Hotel was OK. Restaurant Service excellent with "Lucia".

Mycket fina rum men dålig service. Svårt att hitta till hotellet. Wi-fi fungerade inte på rummen. Extra kostnad för att simma i poolen. Medioker mat i matsalen. Stor frukostbuffé som dock övervägande bestod av sötsaker. Arrogant personal i såväl reception som Spa. Verkade enbart intresserad av större italienskspråkiga grupper.
