Duvet was fractionally small, but not a significant problem.

Special mention for the housekeepers. Every night we came back the room was spotless.
They don't get much credit.

Cons:

Floor to ceiling window but couldn't open curtains as office staff over road could see right in.

I nearly always choose this hotel when visiting Newcastle. It's very convenient, quite and well-located.
They do a breakfast deal (which I didn't have this time) which is good value

Cons:

The only thing i can think of is tht i Couldn't get apps on smart tv ? A mess on trying to connect to Internet. It would be a bonus if they supplied a fridge apart from that spot on.
