Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Great location, no frills hotel but very adequate for our needs . It was really clean and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was good great variety

Nice and comfy stay.
Pros:

Everything seemed pretty new and clean. Staff were really nice and explained everything well. Very well located and the room was quieter than I expected.

Cons:

I did not know the room was going to be that small but maybe they have different types. The bathroom’s door was glass, so we could hear the other person inside.

Perfect location, good service
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly agreed to keep our luggage between our stays and gave us extra towels when we asked. The location is excellent.

Cons:

One of the rooms had very small window. The bathroom is inconveniently located in the room and gives you little privacy. The room is very small, there is no storage space.

Booked this hotel for a rugby tournament, served its purpose for a bed to sleep on but not much else.
Pros:

Convenient location to the city centre.
Warm welcome from front desk staff

Cons:

A touch overpriced for the room size and facilities. Not much of an atmosphere within the hotel itself.

Warm and welcoming
Pros:

The room was very clean and up to date. Very close to all shops and bars. It was a nice stay.

Cons:

I liked everything. The only thing I didn’t like was that the tv wouldn’t go past the 10 volume as it’s set at that. It was too low for me .

Staff was amazing but room was not
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so friendly, it is very close to the train station so a perfect location if you don’t want to travel too far.

Cons:

The floors were incredibly creaky, the walls were very thin you could hear people flushing their toilets and the drains emptying. The shower was awful it’s apart of the bathroom floor itself and only had a tiny curtain to try and keep water from going everywhere which didn’t help at all as well as the water from the shower head was awful you could have the tiniest bit of water coming out for the water to be slightly warm of for a normal flow coming out from the shower head but the water be absolutely freezing. Didn’t enjoy it at all!

Your only choice for a great hotel stay!
Pros:

The room was spotless, brilliantly clean. The bathroom & toilet facilities were superb, with the shower being great. The bed was so comfortable. I usually don't get to sleap easily in hotel bedrooms, but I had no problem sleeping in the bed which was so cosy & clean

Cons:

I cannot find any fault with the hotel or the staff. Pound for pound, I can honestly say it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in!

Pros:

Superb location, very close to station and in proximity to a lot of bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom was pretty small, and the glass separating the shower from the bathroom was ineffective. Water was everywhere. Having to put your shoes on to reenter the bathroom is a pain.
