Pros:

hotel is good but reception team is very bad. I asked for invoice during checkout and still have not got it. When i was booking it during the same time itself i ticked the option asking for invoice and post that i have done 2 times asking invoice booking app and still no response. This is unprofessional and unacceptable to not send a invoice post checkout. 0/10 service.

Clean good price good location

Cons:

Room temperature set to 16 degrees which cold in February. Altered control to 21 degrees but cold air continued to be blown out by air-conditioning.

Close to the station

I had to change rooms, as a local club was open and the music was loud. They moved me straight way to a roomat the other end of the building

Pros:

Excellent location and very helpful staff, as a single woman travelling, I felt very safe!

Cons:

A lot of "corridor noise" at night that woke me up often and the breakfast is not fantastic (unless you like a fry up!)!
