Pros:

Localização é boa. Pessoas do atendimento são educadas e solicitas. Tem Netflix.

Cons:

Não tem garagem, quarto com cheiro de morfo muito forte e com pouca higiene, cama péssima (muito ruim mesmo, muito) café da manhã ruim (e a funcionária quase não faz uma tapioca que era ofertado, só fez depois de muita insistência).

Simples e completo; quarto amplo, até demais; bom chuveiro e boa quantidade de água; toalhas brancas e limpas; secador de cabelo no banheiro, que é útil para muitas coisas. Café da manhã simples e satisfatório.

Cons:

Cama com colchão de molas incomodou um pouco; box vazando água para o resto do banheiro; uma baratinha vistoriou minha mala. Preço muito alto da água mineral na portaria.
