Housekeeping-
In recent years we have stopped automatically doing room services as more of our customers preferred privacy to a Housekeeper knocking on their door at 9am. However, we of course do not want this to get in the way of good customer service so-
-At our Reception, we have a glass cabinet full of lots of extra free supplies- help yourself.
-If you brought us your wet towels, we will exchange them for fresh ones.
-If you would like your room cleaned, please request it the night before and we will schedule you for the next day’s list. This will of course be free.
If you want your room cleaned daily, please don’t let this put you off booking. Just let us know on check-in and we will book you in every day!
Also, all of our toiletries are in dispensers as we have gone eco-friendly and limit our plastics.
Cots-
If you require a cot please check with the hotel that your room will fit a cot, otherwise you may need to upgrade to a room that does. Also please check we have one available and they are not all booked out. Cots are £10 per night, and we provide a sheet but after that ask that you bring your own bedding so that it suits your child’s needs. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own cot and then we do not charge for the extra child in the room.

Location. Staff. Facilities.
Added costs that were not disclosed prior to booking. Daily costs for parking and small dog.
Ok for the money, just be aware everything like parking is extra this and that.
Few workers on site smoking a bit of weed, hey ho.
But helpful and clean.
The restaurant was great, the sauna was beautiful, staff were friendly. Right opposite the beach.
The hot tub only had half the jets working, our room was really hot (but we sorted that) the bathroom was very small. Parking was very expensive
Location
Parking. Madness! Was advertised with private parking, that’s arguable. And we were told we’d have to pay to park on site in an already full car park.
We stayed in the annex building, there were cars parked everywhere with barely enough room to walk between.
The room wasn’t clean, lots of minor defects. The hall way wasn’t great, carpets all dirty and stained same as the walls.
Bed, duvets and pillows disappointing.
Good sea front location and very close to train station. Cental location for meeting a friend, as we both travelled a couple hours.
Friendly staff.
Small car park which was £10 a night which i thought was an unnecessary expense. Other free carparks a walk away but after travelling i didnt feel like the inconvenience of parking off site. As cars can block each other in, the reception kept key, im not sure i felt entirely happy with this set up. The reception area felt a bit like it was currently being used as a dumping ground.
The hotel is modern in places but a bit rough around the edges and in need of update in others, currently under refurbishment. Great selection of games and evening entertainment and bar food was good. Breakfast was buffet style, nice cooked breakfast, cereal and toast was basic. Sadly no pastries available which was disappointing.
Bedroom had kettle and hot drink products, which could be easily topped up with sachets from reception area. Beds very comfortable and room warm, nice soft towels. No hooks in bathroom which i feel would be an easy amendment and very useful. Curtains could be thicker or a black out blind would be nice as curtains let in a lot of light.
Had to pay extra as it was a weekend but feel as it was low season it was a lot extra for nothing.
Paid for package inc spa. The hot tub was nice, small relaxation room was comfy. Seemed a little disorganised as I had my treatment, a pedicure in the reception area at a desk that was set up for manicures. Not a comfortable experience. But staff were pleasant.
Overall it was a comfortable stay but I feel a few small changes would've improved this, especially for the price.
Mid January we spent 3 nights at The Jubilee Hotel in Weymouth with family and friends and had a really a great time. The hotel is located in an amazing seafront location , just a short stroll from the beach and town centre, which made exploring Weymouth super easy.
In general The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable and the kids really enjoy superhero theme, we had everything we needed for a relaxing break. We also enjoyed spending time in the bar and restaurant and to really enjoy the escape room and the bingo game, that was amazing and the kids had lots of fun
Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend The Jubilee Hotel for anyone looking for a friendly, seaside stay in Weymouth. We’d be happy to return on another visit!
Wholly unimpressed by this hotel. We paid £87 for one Saturday night in what was allegedly their gold standard room, which was meant to be the highest standard available. The price neither included breakfast nor parking, which for January was enormously expensive. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, check in was needlessly long and the bathroom tiny. What was a total nonsense was the half a roll of toilet paper included in the room, spare paper was available in a glass cabinet downstairs in reception, this was less than helpful at half past ten at night.
A lot of work to be done here.
Location, value for money and as always the staff
Shower dripped and splashed on floor and it's drain was pretty much blocked. No shower gel in dispenser
The staff were all so lovely, and made sure we always were happy.
comfiest bed i’ve ever slept in!
room was freezing, put the heating on low, and then it was like a sauna.
The drunk people in the bar were very loud (i understand there’s always drunk people) my bathroom towel had a big hole in.
The bathroom overall wasn’t the best- shower head was unclean and pressure awful, hairs still in sink.
Felt the bathroom let the room down a lot
Very close to sea front
It was grubby, original room was very tired and had electrical problems, 2nd room which I was moved to even though senior staff member was not happy about it, was grubby, drains smelled, blind was missing slats not a pleasant environment
It was cooked to perfection not bad for price range for all you can eat great spread
Nothing the place was amazing staff was super helpful and friendly
I will be filling a formal complaint about the staff and the state of my room but after having had a lovely stay there in the summer with my family, this recent solo stayed has ensured we will never stay there again, primarily down to some staff and the very poor cleanliness of my room and lack of sleep
Staff attitude, awareness and treatment of customers, state of my room both on arrival and on my return in the evening
we enjoyed the stay
Because it was a very hot day ,we had the window open ,so in the early morning a lot of noise sounded like bin lorries
