Housekeeping-
In recent years we have stopped automatically doing room services as more of our customers preferred privacy to a Housekeeper knocking on their door at 9am. However, we of course do not want this to get in the way of good customer service so-
-At our Reception, we have a glass cabinet full of lots of extra free supplies- help yourself.
-If you brought us your wet towels, we will exchange them for fresh ones.
-If you would like your room cleaned, please request it the night before and we will schedule you for the next day’s list. This will of course be free.
If you want your room cleaned daily, please don’t let this put you off booking. Just let us know on check-in and we will book you in every day!
Also, all of our toiletries are in dispensers as we have gone eco-friendly and limit our plastics.
Cots-
If you require a cot please check with the hotel that your room will fit a cot, otherwise you may need to upgrade to a room that does. Also please check we have one available and they are not all booked out. Cots are £10 per night, and we provide a sheet but after that ask that you bring your own bedding so that it suits your child’s needs. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own cot and then we do not charge for the extra child in the room.

The food was great.
The room was okay but the outside balcony was in bad condition. The window had bird droppings on it throughout our stay.
Not serviced rooms unless you requested.
I have never walked into a hotel room and been taken aback by the FRESH, clean smell! It states it's been refurbished and I was very pleasantly surprised about the standard of the room. Parking was available too and staff, very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.
Staff very friendly and welcoming, location was brilliant and security on main door very good with extra codes
Unfortunately woke up at 3am as my room was absolutely freezing and couldnt get radiator to work, also access around room was small/tight.
Lovely location
Excellent bar man Rickey made me and my wife feel very welcome and was very helpful when we needed anything he’s a credit to the hotel thanks
The place is amazing with plenty todo darts pool, escape rooms spa, fun activities put on by the staff, who were all excellent hosts.
Welcoming, family entertainment, comfy beds.
Will definitely come back 🥰
Thay have shity small room no AC no fan
Beds are small spring mettres smelly room
The rooms are horrendously hot couldn’t get sleep at all
The heat in rooms
Nice breakfast good all round good stay stay a again soon
Great location and the food was quite nice.
Most of it was an absolute joke. Parking with cars stacked like tetris board. Most of the staff behaving like they were punished to work there, wearing dirty clothes and having a blast getting drunk in the pub/restaurant. All sticky and dirty, with filthy carpets and half broken blinds in the rooms. Bed with a spring mattress that was as used up, as my patience.
If you are planning to use the SPA - don't bother. I've booked the couples spa package, however the hot tub didn't work (they figured it out 15 mins into our appointment), after waiting for another hour at the bar, we've been finally seen by the massage therapists. One was great, the other one who was drinking till 11pm the night before in the pub, was breathing like she was about to collapse and yawning like it was the most boring hour ever. Super relaxing! But of course I should be grateful, the manager gave us 2 bottles of 0.33 coke zero on him for the inconvenience and didn't forget to mention it, When I asked for a partial refund for the SPA package, that was underdelivered - no money was refunded. Though we were offered a discount for the next stay, as if I was ever planning to come back to this hell hole.
Location
1, member of reception team a little frosty / patronising when I mentioned I had not hady glasses on me to see info
2. Room accommodation smelly / outdated however after complaining was moved to a better room although unsure why we wasn't given this in the first instance
3. Mold at top of bathroom shower
4. Asked for late checkout on the day of exit however an hour into sleep, the test fire alarm was raised which we wasn't made aware of!! Very frustrating as not only needed the extra sleep but due to heart problems this could've caused an emergency ambulance call!!
Overall totally unsatisfactory!!
Great location and the downstairs bar/restaurant with entertainment was a real bonus. The staff were all fantastic.
The room was very basic, and poorly decorated with very minimal facilities. I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night.
Dog friendly nice rooms fantastic location
