Housekeeping-
In recent years we have stopped automatically doing room services as more of our customers preferred privacy to a Housekeeper knocking on their door at 9am. However, we of course do not want this to get in the way of good customer service so-
-At our Reception, we have a glass cabinet full of lots of extra free supplies- help yourself.
-If you brought us your wet towels, we will exchange them for fresh ones.
-If you would like your room cleaned, please request it the night before and we will schedule you for the next day’s list. This will of course be free.
If you want your room cleaned daily, please don’t let this put you off booking. Just let us know on check-in and we will book you in every day!
Also, all of our toiletries are in dispensers as we have gone eco-friendly and limit our plastics.
Cots-
If you require a cot please check with the hotel that your room will fit a cot, otherwise you may need to upgrade to a room that does. Also please check we have one available and they are not all booked out. Cots are £10 per night, and we provide a sheet but after that ask that you bring your own bedding so that it suits your child’s needs. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own cot and then we do not charge for the extra child in the room.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended
We had an absolutely fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable and well looked after. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
The location was excellent, making it easy to get around while still being a pleasant place to come back to at the end of the day. What really stood out was the attention to detail and hospitality — you could tell that genuine effort had been made to ensure guests have a great experience.
Everything lived up to the description and, in several respects, exceeded our expectations. It felt like excellent value for money and we were genuinely impressed with the overall standard.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay.what
10/10 experience and a property we would gladly return to.
There was very little to dislike about our stay. If anything, we would have appreciated a few more practical touches, such as additional storage space and clearer information about local amenities. These were minor points, though, and did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.
I had a problem as I was in a wheelchair out si and it was odd go to ground out and into another part of hotel to get to room. I took very ill and ended up in hospital for a week.
Location was brilliant right along the seafront.
Breakfast was good, lots of variety.
The bar staff was very friendly, cocktails were amazing.
The hotel room was very dissapointing, we paid alot of money for this room, we could have forgave the run down look and materialistic things if the room had been clean.
The room was disgusting, there was stains on the matress protector, no protectors on lumpy pillows, the matress was curved, it was higher in the middle than the sides. The side of the divan bed was torn.
The light was broken, mirror had misding pegs.
The bottom of coffee/ sugar storage was filthy.
The bathroom had mould in shower, shower plug was disgraceful, the sink had a crack in it. The plug in sink didn't hold up so had to hold it while the water was running to her water run through plug hole, we had to wedge it open.
The toilet was next to window, needed frosted glass, not just a blind.
Didn't feel we could keep bathroom window open due to a path being right outside with people walking past.
We complained as the window wouldn't look either, they sent the cleaners in, the cleaners emptied bin, and sprayed a bit of air freshener.
Facilities were really good! The food in the restaurant was amazing.
Nothing.
The staff were ok. The car park attendant was polite and helpful.
The room was filthy. Wet dirty towels left on the bed when we arrived. The shower had mold and soap scum all over it. The carpet in room needed a good hover. Bed covers were dirty and didn't fit. Dust all over light fixtures. Air vent in shower room not working and still not working when we reported it no one came to fix it. If your disabled forget about staying in this hotle not suitable. This Hotle needs a new cleaning team to do a deep clean.
The staff were welcoming and the facilities were clean. The room was tidy and clean upon arrival and very close to the sea front.
There was nothing I didn't like overall we had a great stay.
Staff were fantastic and location is great
You can do anything about the mad crazy excessive stairs 🤪 😜
The staff were friendly
The room was not comfortable very cramped silver family room. The single bed was is such poor condition springs digging into my back and hips all night. I asked for a new mattress or topper which I was assured would be delivered to the room this did not happen. I had a very uncomfortable 3 nights. The beer garden was also questionable, a few tables on Astro turf in the carpark?
Breakfast was lovely very surprised
Helpfulness of staff.
Although parking is advertised as available at a cost of £10 per night. They crammed our van in to such extent that we couldn't get into it if we had wanted to without them having to move lots of cars. We had a silver sea view room which was basic and not the cleanest and also on the 3rd floor meaning we had to climb 6 flights of stairs. It was unbearably hot in the recent temperatures with just a small table fan covered in dust to keep us cool. The only good thing about our stay was the staff who you couldn't fault but the rooms could really do with being updated considering the amount of money being charged per night.
Easy access for beach 🏖️ etc
