Hashed Browns, Mushrooms, and Fried Bread. We also have Gluten Free and Vegan options. Parking-
We do not guarantee parking ahead of arrival, on arrival our Reception Team will offer you all available parking options which include:
-a pay and display area at the front of the hotel.
- permits for 2 long stay car parks.
-on street parking within 5 minutes.
-Free Blue Badge parking areas in front or behind the hotel
- 2 onsite car parks that are charged at £10 per vehicle per night and require your keys to be stored at reception,

Pets-
We are Pet Friendly with Pet-Friendly Rooms, and a pet-friendly section in the Restaurant. Please check with us if you have 2 pets that the room will fit 2 pets. We also do not accept American XL Bullies. We charge £10 per night per pet. Customers must always supervise their pets and not leave them alone in the rooms unless they are using the spa or bar facilities.

Mobility Requests-
Please check with us in advance if we can accommodate your mobility requests.
We have 3 elevators, and only 1 fits wheelchairs, mobility scooters (and prams).
The elevator that takes wheelchairs goes from our Lower Ground Floor, (Reception, Spa and Restaurant) to our Upper Ground Floor only.
On our Upper Ground Floor, we have 13 rooms, and another 3 rooms up 8 narrow stairs.
We do not offer disabled room types, but we have tried to make the Upper Ground Floor Rooms as accessible as possible. But please check with us before booking that these rooms are available and that they suit your needs.
Not all our Room Types have Rooms on the Upper Ground Floor so it’s also very important that you book the correct room type.
Also, while the majority of our rooms have elevator access, not all do, so again please check with us if elevator access is required so we can allocate accordingly.

Annex Extension-
Please note that we have 6 rooms our extension at the back of the hotel. Please let the property know in advance if you would prefer a room in the main hotel.

Housekeeping-
In recent years we have stopped automatically doing room services as more of our customers preferred privacy to a Housekeeper knocking on their door at 9am. However, we of course do not want this to get in the way of good customer service so-
-At our Reception, we have a glass cabinet full of lots of extra free supplies- help yourself.
-If you brought us your wet towels, we will exchange them for fresh ones.
-If you would like your room cleaned, please request it the night before and we will schedule you for the next day’s list. This will of course be free.
If you want your room cleaned daily, please don’t let this put you off booking. Just let us know on check-in and we will book you in every day!
Also, all of our toiletries are in dispensers as we have gone eco-friendly and limit our plastics.

Cots-
If you require a cot please check with the hotel that your room will fit a cot, otherwise you may need to upgrade to a room that does. Also please check we have one available and they are not all booked out. Cots are £10 per night, and we provide a sheet but after that ask that you bring your own bedding so that it suits your child’s needs. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own cot and then we do not charge for the extra child in the room.

Grade II Listed Building-
As a Grade II Listed Georgian Building, we are subject to regulations which protect the historical and architectural significance. This building is of a special interest meaning alterations cannot be carried out without relevant consent.
What this means... is that we have done our best to update the property to make it modern, clean, and comfortable. However, as we are not a purpose built hotel, we hope that guests bare it mind and accept that we have 77 unique rooms, split into 16 room type categories based on the bed configurations, room characteristics and size and view from the bedroom window.

Check-In Time- 3 pm.
If you arrive earlier feel free to come to the reception where at a minimum, we will arrange your parking and store your luggage while you go and explore Weymouth, or our facilities. You can book a guaranteed early check-in for 12pm at only £10.

Check-Out Time- 10.30 am.

Even if you have paid, we do require valid bank card details on the booking against potential damages in the rooms. We do charge for damages, and fine for smoking in the rooms, and disturbing other customers with noise (if we have tried to fix it and been ignored).

Under 18s-
Anyone checking in under the age of 18 needs to be with a parent, or official guardian.

Our Restaurant Garden-
We close the garden each night at 9pm to minimize noise disturbing customers in rooms. Please respect the staff if they ask you to come in.

Good value for money, great staff, a little outdated and felt slightly grubby
Pros:

Good value for money. Great food, drinks reasonably priced. Lovely welcoming, helpful and friendly staff throughout. Our dog was welcome and able to stay without issues. Spa treatment room much better than expected. Bingo entertainment was inclusive and fun. Lots of board games available to borrow.

Cons:

Tiny shower and awkward shower door. Bathroom fan never been cleaned & thick with dust. Couldn’t open window in room, fan provided but dirty and full of dust. Cutlery and crockery, glasses and cups not fully clean. Marks and bits of food on them all. Toaster and drinks machine felt a bit dirty. Car park limited, next option was to park really far away. Booth seats in bar felt unclean.

The Jubilee Hotel, Weymouth. The place to go.
Pros:

My weeks stay in this hotel was superb. This is the top end of 3 star hotels. Reception was skillfully staffed by several team members. Booking in was easy. I was escorted to the nearest lift and given clear directions.
My room was beautiful, large very comfortable bed, sea view, balcony.
Tea, coffee and biscuits.
Shower room was perfectly adequate for a larger person. Powerful shower. The toilet flushed quickly, i was never disturbed by late night noise.
Carpets and walls were clean and well maintained.
I had 2 small issues during my week, on both occasions they were dealt with within 2 hours.
Full English breakfast, large choice of hot and cold food. Continuously being restocked.
The restaurant menu was varied.
I saw most meals coming out. Large portions.
There were other aspects of the hotel that I didn't experience, games rooms, escape chambers( adult and child) karaoke boothe, evening entertainment. Spa rooms, massage and other therapies.
Finally this Family run hotel was staffed by a friendly, efficient always ready to assist team of workers. Several long term employees.
Thank you for an Wonderful stay.
Mrs Kate Powell.

I would never book there again
Pros:

Location by the seafront

Cons:

Old, tired building. Everything needs top to bottom refurbishing. Room was smelly. Hairs on the pillows. Window blinds not complete so light came into the room very early in the mornings. Room was very small and crowded

Nice little stay
Pros:

Let’s start with the positives, staff friendly , the spa and massages were fantastic, lovely breakfast buffet .
Now for the negatives - the duvet needed changing ours was very lumpy and only just fitted the bed size , no storage for clothes or hanging space , had to live out of our suitcase, no shelf in the bathroom , the lift want the greatest it stopped just below our floor the one night and we couldn’t get out , I never used it again. And the parking charge of £10 per night I think needs looking at , we paid it for the convenience but they do pack the cars in very tight and you have to leave your keys at reception,
