Hotel Arco Palace

Food and room service are very good. But front desk service is very terrible, they are kind of rude and not welcoming behaviour . They even didn’t provide WiFi passport after asked for several times.

It was good and my parents liked it very much.

The Hotel is very good. Rooms are also comfortable.Food is really amazing. My Family fully enjoyed the stay at Hotel Arco . Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner arrangements are too good. The Rates of Food was so reasonable. They Provide us paid Taxi Service from Hotel with very good Driver Uncle. Next time when ever we go ti Jaipur we will stay at ARCO only.

Very dirty Mouse in our room. It is more like a brothel or refugee camp. People up slamming doors, tvs on all night. And it's next to the bus station with no real insulation, so all you hear are bus horns all night

excellent service

Whenever we aspire to trip in Jaipur then we will stay at the Hotel Arco Palace. It is just because of environment and amenities they have provided to us. The complete hotel area is well organized and indeed very careful and clean. The staff is very pleasant and caring too. One plus point of the land is its position – near to Sindhi Camp Bus Stand. Safe vehicle parking gap is there within the hotel premises.

I was extremely impressed by the staff at Hotel Arco Palace as they are tremendously polite and ready to lend a hand. The Hotel is located at a few distances from the bus stand in Jaipur which is what I loved regarding it. The rooms are large, neat and orderly. Food is awesome. Previously I had read the reviews about the Hotel Arco Palace but I made a call to hotel Arco palace they had provided all things which he had proposed, and no more things this hotel provides good facilities, I also searched lots of others hotels too but this hotel satisfied me.

It is a hotel worth staying in while in Jaipur. It is close proximity to the bus stand and also to the railway station. - Value for money

Worst possible hotel I have ever stayed in. We found bed bugs in the mattress and hotel staff was not willing to change the room. Very bad customer sercvice. Will never stay there again.

The staff definitely helped us through everything. They provided us with a good touring cab and driver. The restaurant is also not too bad.

Hotel is centrally located and you can get anything you need. Hotel has it's own parking. It was mentioned Breakfast complimentary. but it is for name sake only. They will allow no choice and very limited quantity to offer from their menu. You can order total 3 quantity including and limited to Cheese sandwich, Parantha and Tea/coffee. If you order anything else or more than 3 quantity you will be charged. It is very confusing and you will end up paying for your breakfast. Most of the customers were having bad experience and hotel staff were arguing with them during my stay.

Rooms were clean & services were fast.
only issue was with the facilities like intercom & dth. it should be checked before giving rooms to customer.

Inexperienced and impassive staff. No difference between standard and business room. Its just a hoax to get more money. Staff doesnt know the difference either. Totally NO to this hotel.

Not a very pleasant stay at all. The sheets were dirty and the room did not meet up expectations from the pictures online. The staff were really pushy and wanted to arrange tours for us, they even called up to the room to let us now that the rickshawdriver we had ordered was there, even though we had done no such thing! Slow service at breakfast, the complimentary breakfast was not very good at all. The good things about the stay was the closeness to the main bus station (2 mins walk) and the fact that they had free wi-fi available in the rooms.

The location and room are ok. Unfortunately no buffet breakfast, coffee/tea maker in room or compliment mineral water like advertised on the room information on the hotel.com site. If i must compare this hotel to the one i stayed in at delhi for the same price, i would say that this hotel ar overpriced for what you get.
