Barely acceptable but will consider other hotel next time
Pros:

The shower water temperature is good with regulator towards my preference temperature in short time.

Cons:

the blanket, bed, chair, and facilities in the room are not well maintenance. Especially chair cushion is stained and unclean, curtain pen mark, and some facilities is too old and basin drainage is leaking.
