We reached to the hotel quite late since it was 2nd day of Raya. But the checked in went well. The receptionist was good and nice. Even we looked so tired but he was very attentive.

The room was very clean, neat and nice. Even it looks outdated but it is still acceptable. The flow of the water pressure was also good. Usually, old building gives bad water pressure, but this hotel is exceptional.

The house keepers and bell boy were so kind and helpful. Might consider to stay here next time.

The location is superb. The lobby is a little crammed with the restaurant taking too much space. Room is a little outdated but still comfortable.

Staff yang mesra dan sgt membantu ketika process check in ( Cik Adila & Encik Rahmat ). Maid yang terbaik di 5th floors ( Cik Norishah ) . Boleh di katakan smua staff sini bagus layanannya.

Near to hawker stores as well

Pretty nice place to stay, abit old but thats fine. Aircon abit noisy.

Extremely helpful front desk (Aqilah Syazwani) who helped arranged land transport from Penang Airport to hotel in Alor Setar and another staff for allowing late checkout when we finally reached hotel circa midnight

Reception staff, AQILA was super nice and helpful. She was able to make my request happened and there was always a smile on her face.

Very good customer service. Hotel located at the centre of everything needed. Love it!

Room was clean. Amenities was sufficient.

Great location, walking distance to Aman Central and surrounded by various local hawker centres, including Chinese, Malay and vegetarian restaurants. Next time, we may skip the hotel breakfast to try more local meals.

We stayed here for two nights, The hotel room was clean, spacy and quiet.

The location, cleanliness and seevice are superb, up to expectation and will sure stay there next time.

部屋の湯沸かしポットが故障し、部屋の電気がつかなくなったため、部屋の移動をしましたが、変更になった部屋では、エアコンの室外機の音がうるさくて、気になりました。
窓からの景色も、悪くなってしまい残念でした。

Nearer to mall

I went to this hotel with my in laws and booked for 3 rooms. As the hotel located in the middle of the city, i expected the roads are packed with cars, but actually no. The roads around the hotel not packed with cars and the roads also bigger. The hotel also provide free parking space. Aman Central located few minutes walk only so it is convenient to search for Halal food. The room also bigger than I expected compared to the price I paid.
