Pros:

There was no hot water coming from shower, and the water pressure was pretty low. I did feel a little unsafe in the area, because people were outside smoking weed, hanging out. And the place is so far from the streets. But it was well lit.. The staff are very nice

Staybridge Suites IAH: Come for the social hour Monday–Wednesday… because that’s the only good thing you’ll get. The rest? Hot lobby, cockroaches, non guests throwing pool parties, and the pool shutting down mid-stay. Enjoy!

Pros:

Shuttle services are not available. Overnight staff sleeping so soundly that I was unable to wake him up even when banging on the desk. Had to leave my key card on the desk.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the airport but there is no shuttle which was stated on Expedia. My room was an efficiency which was nice and they have snacks in the evening Monday - Wednesday.

Pros:

Decent 3 star hotel. Had a complaint about the damp carpet in the room and got changed no fuss. However this was to a higher floor with the elevator out. That got fixed the next day though.

The check in took forever. They asked for my card I’m not sure why but the following day I had to cancel the card because I had two fraudulent charges. The elevator was broken. We had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. The carpet was filthy. The clientele was shady. There was no safe restaurant nearby.
