We absolutely loved staying here as the facilities were great and the staff went above and beyond during our stay. It was the perfect hotel for your Okinawa getaway!!!!

It felt so luxe and comfortable. We settled in right away. Amenities provided were thoughtful and the service was top notch. In-room dining was also delicious.
I can’t think of anything!
We stayed 4 nights from Dec 29- Jan 2, we are a couple and our 13 year old.
The hotel is very well managed, it is aesthetically beautiful, clean, peaceful, and the service and amenities are exceptional.
We are at the tapas restaurant for new years eve and it was fantastic, we highly recommend it. It's luxurious and the service and food are 5*
The room was very good, on the average size with a good bathroom. There is one key offered per room, and it's an actual metal key, not a key card, so if you have multiple people they all can't have a key.
The primary thing we didn't like was the location. We wanted a place where we can walk out and have a lot of food and shopping options but this area doesn't have that. We would grab food at Family Mart because it was so close but would have preferred a few local restaurants nearby.
Staying closer to the busy streets and the pottery district would have been smarter for us.
部屋はとてもキレイでした。アメニティも良いです。従業員の皆さんは親切で快適に過ごせました。
朝食にフレンチトーストがなくなったのが残念です。
We were in Okinawa for two weeks, one in Naha, the second at the beach. The Naha Terrace was simply lovely, couldn't fault anything but as other reviews have said try to get a high floor for better views.
We opted for the food voucher package as it seemed such good value (something we wouldn't normally do) but as there were so many options we thought we'd give it a go, and we certainly weren't disappointed. It included either breakfast or lunch ( you could choose on the day which was nice if you needed a lie in) and dinner.
All the food options were top notch with the private dining Teppenyaki being the highlight, and worth the extra we had to pay.
There were lots of options for breakfast and lunch, (see photos) the set menus were stunning and I was happy I tried some options I wouldn't normally have chosen.
The main restaurant has a colonial feel that reminded me of Raffles (or it's sister hotel in Penang The Eastern & Oriental) which had the most amazing breakfast & lunch buffet we've ever experienced to date.
Lots of lovely little touches elevate this hotel e.g. the hand carved buffalo horn key chains (which you can buy in the shop) fruit in the room upon arrival, private dining options, quiet pool area, general feeling of tranquility, even though you're in the middle of a busy, bustling city. The main area was about 20 minutes to walk down the hill, but if you're elderly or infirm a taxi would be a better option as it's uphill on the way back.
All in all a lovely stay, hoping to come back again some day, would definitely recommend this hotel.
以前より寝具が悪くなっている?布団が重くて眠りにくかったです。
Struttura molto bella ed elegante. Servizio di lusso discreto.
Posizione leggermente decentrata rispetto allo shopping (15 minuti a piedi)
The staff were very friendly and the room was neat and luxurious. The parking fee is a little expensive. You can choose between Western and Japanese breakfast, and you can have it for lunch. (The Western lunch is great.) Make sure to book a hotel with breakfast included! The swimming pool is small, but the landscape is very beautiful and quiet.
