Pros:

An absolutely perfect stay. The check in process was seamless, and the room was spacious and clean. The view was exceptional, from the high floor room facing the city, I had a perfect view of the Naha cityscape. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

The level of service was amazing. 5star plus. The property is a little older but it holds its charm and is a beautiful oasis in a somewhat hectic Naha.

Super hotel avec bon emplacement et un petit déjeuner incroyable
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment adorable, le petit déjeuner est incroyable, il y a d’ailleurs 2 restaurants pour cela : chinois ou l’occidental. Nous avons été dans l’occidental et nous avons été choqués par la qualité. L’emplacement est très bien si vous n’avez pas de voiture, il est à côté des ruelles à visiter et entouré de mall pour faire les boutiques. La piscine est calme, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est parfaite.

Cons:

Même si la prestation est très qualitative, il manque 2,3 éléments dans la chambre pour que ce soit parfait, comme un fer à repasser par exemple ou alors le spray anti odeur de friture qu’on retrouve généralement dans la plupart des hôtels japonais, il y a peu de produits de bain (shampooing gel douche) et une mini bouteille pour 2 c’est un peu juste. Mais ce n’est que des petits détails puisque l’hôtel est vraiment très bien.

Pros:

Nice place, good location, good breakfast.
Nice staff.

Cons:

No drinks or food or even snacks after 21:00.
Also indoor fitness facilities, not only outside pool, have been closed due to Taifun.

This was second stay here and we loved it as much as the first time!

Better than the listing
Pros:

The hotel was better than it looked in the pics. We got a room with lounge access and the lounge snacks/ aperitifs were great. The bar and tapas restaurant were also good and we enjoyed the pool and gym areas. Great customer service.

Cons:

The breakfast at both the American restaurant and lounge were just ok, not really much protein.

Pros:

Wow, what a hotel. Felt like royalty here. The staff were phenomenal and the style felt very regal. Tucked away from the city centre but only a short walk to the port. Very considerate hotel and staff. They even had water and beach towels waiting for us before our boat tour.

Prima verblijf in prachtig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt op goede locatie.
Pros:

Het hotel was prima met uitstekende faciliteiten en overal zeer schoon. De kamer zeer ruim en had alles wat wij nodig hadden.
Maar zeker nog vermelden dat het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam is, overal perfecte service! Het hotel ligt niet ver van restaurantjes en winkels.

Het ontbijt was geweldig, wij hebben zelden zo,n goed en compleet ontbijt gehad.

Cons:

Niets, alles was voor ons prima.

Boravili smo dva tjedna u Japanu, od toga 4 dana na Okinawi. Rado bi smo ponovo posjetili Okinawu.
Pros:

Doručak se služi, što i nije baš uobičajno, ali je ovdje sve bilo polako i fino. Lokacija je izvrsna blizu autobusa ivlaka, ali smo najviše hodali.

Cons:

besplatan prijevoz iz zračne luke i povratak bi nam puno značio.

小高い場所の落ち着いた上品なホテル
Pros:

国際通りから少し離れて小高い場所なのでゆったりとできて景色も良かった。

Cons:

暑い中歩いて登り坂を重たい荷物ありで15分？道に迷いホテルの駐車場に出でしまい、ホテルに電話で確認したが返答の声小さく分かりにくく頭にきた！ナビ頼りで行くので事前に間違わないよう知らせてほしい。
朝食はいくつか選べるメニューは不要(朝からラザニアとステーキ…)それよりビッフェの種類を増やして欲しかった。
