excellent city hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, arrived very early and staff did their best to allocate a room earlier. Rooms are spacious and clean- I had a window room which was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices- really varied-something for everyone. Hotel is peaceful for a city hotel, close to everything but quiet. Staff were attentive and super helpful when planning onward transport. We saw the pool but didn't use it as I don't think there was too much shade/umbrellas. Bar in reception was excellent, we regularly used it and staff always remembered our orders. A fab city hotel, would definitely stay again if in Ho Chi Minh.

Enkelriktad gata utanför hotellet

Cons:

Första rummet vi bokade hade fuktbubblor i väggarna.
Valde att göra en uppgraderingen, blev en svit överpris delux.
Ett hotell som inte har någon ljudisolering, (man gör allt i från korridoren samt från vägen utanför) spat är borttaget efter coronan, men skyltning för spat sitter överallt.
Poolen mycket mindre än man upplever på bilderna. Skruvar och brädor runt poolen =skaderisk om man inte kollade vart man sätter fötterna.
Jätte fin lobby men där stoppade det fina. Sista dygnen funkade inte kallvattnet så blev snabbduschar för att inte bränna sig.
Rökförbud i rummet men hela korridoren luktade cigarettrök.
Frukost buffén samma frukost varje dag och dåligt utbud.
Tycker inte detta hotell var värt 4 stjärnor.
Personalen var inte heller jätte tillmötesgående.
Bodde här i 7 dagar och kunde inte ens få en fråga om vad man tyckte om vistelsen vid utcheckning.

Bilderna på rummen ser mycket bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten.
Ett rum utan en ända växt.
Hade jag haft återbetalnings skydd och kunde avbokat mina 7 dagar hade jag gjort det direkt.

Was given a room that did not meet the description, 1st receptionist I spoke to just told me to complain to booking.com, when aircon was broke another complaint got my room changed to one that was better
1 wing of the hotel is what they try and brush you off with which is run-down, the other wing is nice and new.

Pros:

Le personnel très agréable, la situation de l’établissement, la salle de restaurant, la mise à disposition d’une service pick up( 5 fois plus cher que Grab mais apprécié)

Cons:

Chambre familiale petite, frais supplémentaires non prévus pour les enfants, manque de rangements pour les serviettes dans la salle de bains, pourrait être un peu plus propre ( taches blanches sur les abats jours des lampes , traces de dentifrice dans la salle de bain)

Felt outdated and not worth the price.
Pros:

Good location, but not worth the expense. We expected more for the high price we paid, and have stayed in several more cheep places better than this
