Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we were satisfied with the service. There is still some room for improvement, but we would definitely consider staying here again. Location is best

The perfect place for this first time, cautious visitor on a dental tour
Pros:

Stayed here right in the centre of District 1 for 18 days, while having dental work done about a 5 minutes walk away. You're 5 minutes walk from everywhere here!

The hotel had comfortable well serviced rooms with good aircon, WiFi & a much needed rooftop swimming pool, ...& gym, together with a beauty spa; but the latter two I never used 😁

The Fusion Restaurant offered an included, breakfast buffet with an awesome selection, which set me up well each day.

From the moment I arrived my hosts were very helpful & efficient; they've all been outstanding, respectfully courteous, genuine & most of all FUN. Their caring & friendly manor has made me feel very welcome & at ease here for my first time in Vietnam.

Its your people that make the difference; & everyone of you have had all the bases covered during my stay. Many thanx 👍 ...a really enjoyable base.

I obviously can't recomend this place high enough - An absolute MUST STAY to Relax Restore & Recharge, for Business or Pleasure.

悪くはないがまた泊まりもしない。

朝ごはんが美味しかった。
日本街の近くで日本語が話せるスタッフがいたり日本語表記があって日本人にもわかりやすい。

Cons:

早朝便で前の日に人数や荷物の量を伝えてタクシーを頼んでいたのにチェックアウト時の担当には伝わっておらず、すぐに呼んでもらうように頼んだのに随分待たされフライトに遅れそうだった。
宿泊費とは別にチェックイン時にデポジット用と言われ出したカードから当日に引き落としされていて驚いた。他の方も書いていたが、デポジットの額や当時実際に引き落としをするならチェックイン時に説明が必要だと思う。
プールやフィットネスは写真よりダイブ狭い。
周辺は歓楽街の近くでファミリーフレンドリーというよりはビジネスや大人だけの宿泊向き。

Excellent stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – A special thank you to Mr. Binh!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and all the facilities work perfectly. The air conditioning works very well, the shower has excellent water pressure, and overall the hotel is very comfortable.

The swimming pool is particularly enjoyable and stays open until 8:00 PM, which gives guests plenty of time to relax and enjoy it after a day exploring the city.

We also tried the hotel restaurant and were very impressed. The food is refined, well prepared, and genuinely delicious. We really enjoyed our meals there and would definitely recommend the restaurant.

The staff are welcoming, respectful, and attentive. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job. While we were away, they came to clean and completely refreshed our room, leaving everything in perfect condition.

Most importantly, we would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Binh from the Front Office. We experienced an issue when we first arrived, and Mr. Binh immediately took responsibility for the situation and made sure everything was resolved. Thanks to his professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, the problem was quickly taken care of and we were able to fully enjoy the rest of our stay. We are truly grateful for his help and dedication.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ho Chi Minh City, especially families.

Thank you again to the entire team, and especially to Mr. Binh. We would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vấn đề tôi không thích. Tôi book phòng cho sếp tôi ở và hotel có trừ tiền online trên thẻ của tôi. Đến khi sếp tôi đến ở thì bên khách sạn lại trừ tiền nữa. Nhưng không hề thông báo hay lại cho người đã booking. Cho đến 10 ngày sau thì sếp tôi hỏi khách sạn đã hoàn tiền cho tôi chưa và tôi không biết tại sao khách sạn lại trừ tiền của 2nguoi. Tôi đồng ý khi sếp tôi đến ở không show được thẻ của tôi. Thì khách sạn có thể trừ tiền của ông ấy nhưng cũng nên báo đến ngưòi booking và tiền đoz sẽ hoàn lại cho tôi. Giờ tôi gọi lại khách sạn thì nhân viên khách sạn nói sẽ hoàn lại sau 1 tháng. Ủa sao trừ dễ dàng và hoàn lại thì tôi phải đợi cả tháng vây. Nếu sếp tôi không nói chắc tôi cũng không biết. Dịch vụ quá tệ
