Average hotel, friendly staff, not guest friendly management.
Pros:

The hotel was very empty and quiet, even in the shoulder/peak season, almost ghostlike. Good if you want to be almost alone.

Cons:

Owing to force majeure (all aircraft of Aircalin unable to fly) we were stuck at Singapore airport for two nights. Yet the hotel insists on charging us for all 9 booked nights - in the virtually deserted ghost hotel - rather than only for the 7 nights we actually spent there. Not very generous!

Pros:

Albergo posizionato fronte mare e molto vicino ad una zona con molti ristoranti e locali. La camerta era dotata di angolo cottura e soggiorno. In generale struttura pulita e personale preparato. Ottima la zona Spa e il bar.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

je remercie la réception car j'ai été surclassé car je me suis pacsé le même jour. J 'étais dans la chambre 415 et j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Cons:

Je m 'attendais à un buffet pour le petit déjeuner. la confiture avec les produits locaux serait la bienvenue.

Les draps sont usés et pas à la hauteur du prix et du niveau de l’hôtel! Énormément des bruits tôt le matin!

L’emplacement est exceptionnel et la vue est splendide

Cons:

L’amateurisme du personnels. Il n’y à quasiment que des jeunes stagiaires avec un moyen d’âge de 20 ans qui ne maîtrisent rien à rien. Trop de maladresses et de gestes maladroits. On est loin d’un 5 étoiles et son personnel professionnel et qualifié.

Comfortable and large rooms - and good facilities that were not busy. Beachfront access is nice.
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable, staff were friendly. We got a partial sea view, which we had not booked which was nice. Hotel wasn't busy and hotel is right on the beach.

Cons:

Easier bar service at the pool (you had to go inside to order), drinks were expensive (but seems the norm in Noumea). Better signage for restaurants, fitness area etc near reception. Snorkel rental would be good.
