Awesome resort, in a beautiful location, clean, with very helpful friendly staff. Pool, beach and day spa all stunning.

Pros:

Très belle suite, très propre et très confortable. Personne au petit soin. Malheureusement la mer n'était visible qu'une fois sur le balcon et de côté. La vue aurait été plus agréable en étant sur un étage plus élevé, nous étions au 2ème étage et c'est dommage surtout quand le taux de remplissage est très faible.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel bien par contre pas de concierge dispo à 01h00 du matin jusqu'au levé du jo
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement par contre nous étions une famille avec un enfant de 2ans et demi .
Nous étions au 5 ème étage chambre 503 les baies vitrées ne sont pas sécurisé .Mon fils parvené a déverrouiller les baies vitrées. Je ́étais pas tranquille en plus le balcon pas de sécurité il suffit qu’il pren’e une chaise et passe au dessus du balcon.

Cons:

Plus de climatisation vers 01h00 du matin , chaleur insupportable obligé de laisser les baies ouvertes avec mon enfant de deux ans je dormais sur un œil.
L’horreur, d’ailleurs il avait quitté le lit et au matin assis sur une chaise à l'extérieur

Très agréable comme hôtel et discret.
Pros:

La gentillesse, l’accueil, le sourire et les conseils du personnel. Toujours à l’écoute du client.

Cons:

Début du séjour gros souci de connexion Internet. Malheureusement le responsable du réseau est intervenu trop tard mais a été efficace sur les dernières heures restantes.

Nice calm relaxing experience
Pros:

The free and secure parking was a relief when arriving. Free spa access was a bonus. Great bar service. The room was beautiful and spacious with everything you need

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing that it wasnt included in the stay. Internet would cut out at midnight and have to go to réception to fix it. Same for the key card when we decided to stay longer. Not à big deal but à little frustrating
