Please notify Indulge Apartments and Homes in advance if you require a cot for your stay, by using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Only a limited number of cots is available, and availability cannot be guaranteed without confirmation from the property (fees apply). Please note that there is a 3% nonrefundable charge for all credit card payments direct to the hotel. Please note that this property has no onsite reception. You will be contacted by the property via email and/or sms to advise you of check in details. Guests are required to upload a photo identification (can be provided in person as approved with the hotel during reception hours only) and credit card must be rung through to reception for security purposes and for bonds. Indulge Apartments reserves the right to process an authorization on the credit card on file to be held as a bond to cover any incidental charges. All bookings for Friday and Saturday nights, New Year’s Eve or other peak period dates will have a $300 for Apartments ($500 local and Broken Hill guests) and $500-$1000 for Homes and Penthouse bookings bond authorization on credit card provided by registered guest (for bookings 4 days or more or for local and Broken Hill guests the bond will be processed as a sale and will incur a nonrefundable credit card surcharge, and the balance refunded as per the below terms). If funds are not available for bond authorization, self-check in access instructions for accommodations will not be provided. Bond authorizations are processed on the day of arrival; it will be processed on booking. Parking at some Indulge Apartments properties is very limited, please contact the property to discuss your parking requirements if this is important to you. Please contact the Indulge Apartments during reception hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Weekends 9am to 6.30pm and Public Holidays 9am to 5.30 pm (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A spacious comfortable clean apartment
Pros:

Very spacious, clean and quiet
Apartment is nicely furnished and had everything we needed

Cons:

It’s minor however I think it would be good to have some drawers in bathroom to store toileteries

Very impressive , happy & comfortable apartment
Pros:

Very clean , spacious , modern and good security! The location is good too !

May be some ants in the kitchen area and some near the bathroom floors
