everything ac didnt work i pulled filters clogged beyond fixing asked for extra pillows they didnt have any had to bring my own in ripped smoked detectors out of rooms pillows that were in room moldy

Room smelled musty, people fighting in a room near us, the ac didn't work properly, wasnt very clean, the staff wasn't very friendly, we had to go to the front desk for towels because there was none in the room. One of the lights didn't work.

Location, availability and pricing
Ni refrigerator ir microwave in the rooms. The hallways carpet is beyond dirty and reeks with a bad smell.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Red Roof Inn Pittsburgh - McKnight Rd. Upon arriving for check-in, I realized I had accidentally left my physical ID at my previous location. I immediately explained the situation to the front desk and the manager, letting them know I would simply go back to retrieve it.
Instead of offering any basic customer service or holding my reservation while I went to get my documentation, the manager hastily decided to completely cancel my reservation on the spot. Because they refused to give me the opportunity to return, the money I spent taking an Uber to the hotel was completely wasted.
The lack of basic courtesy was frustrating enough, but given the manager’s immediate refusal to let me correct the issue and their hasty decision to turn me away, I strongly felt discriminated against during this interaction because I am gay.
I am now out of pocket for transportation expenses and was left scrambling for accommodation due to their abrupt cancellation. I highly recommend avoiding this location the management lacks common decency, flexibility, and basic respect for their guests.

It was filthy with dust encrusted in the AC and me and my girlfriend got so itchy we had to leave after 4 hours and they refused to refund us for or stay.
