Perfetto, Grazie Mille.
Pros:

Beautiful location in a lovely back street close to bars, restaurants and some of Rome’s main attractions, Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, the Vatican and many historic less known streets. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Very clean, beautiful staircase.

Cons:

Initially there an issue with the toilet but that was fixed immediately when I informed the lovely Roma supporter who looked after the rooms. Nothing not to like about the property.

If you want to be in the heart of everything and stay in a nice hotel, this is a good option
Pros:

Very good location. Moreover, despite the hotel being in the city center, my room was very quiet. The building is old, but the rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, and overall it was comfortable to stay there.

Cons:

There was no way to lock the door from inside the room. You could enter using the key card, but once inside, there was no way to lock the door. As a solo traveler, this made me feel uncomfortable.

The room also had a very old hairdryer. Not only was it slow, but the cord came off the attachment several times. I would have preferred a newer hairdryer.

The internet in the room was also very slow.

perfect location
Pros:

the location is perfect for exploring Rome's main sights, choice of nearby restaurants and easy access by bus from train station

Cons:

There is no breakfast room and no common room - breakfast is served in the room. It would be lovely if there was an option to have breakfast in an adjacent restaurant. The entrance could be more welcoming - it's a little cluttered, and dark. I have stayed in this hotel several times - some rooms are brighter than others and definitely worth requesting a balcony for the views. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs.
