Enjoyable
Pros:

Very good location- walking distance from Grand bazaar and Blue Mosque. 2 minutes walk from Tram and Metro.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The view from window was blocked by another building literally 1 meter away.

Great position a bit old but with excellent staff
Pros:

I have already been at Samir years ago. I like the position and I found a very warm and available staff. The hotel is a bit old, our first room had some esthetic issues but the staff was super and found us a replacement right away. Few times I have found such kindness and availability.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old. I would have preferred a bit more vary breakfast but it is a matter of personal taste

Nära till tunnelbanan och bazar

Cons:

Personalen varit fruktansvärt otrevliga mot kvinnor. Jag kom med barn på kvällen och blev behandlad som om jag ser ut som uteliggare. Ingen hjälp ingen förståelse och bara ignorans. Rummen vi fått sedan varit inte alls dom vi bokade samt smutsiga och äckliga. Frukosten varit inte gott alls och eftersom dom lagade mat i samma rum luktade det inte trevligt. Hela upplevelse var en super tråkig avslutning från vårt resa.

Очень понравился ! В комнатах чисто! На ресепшен Латиф и его ребята всегда вежливы и быстро реагируют на все просьбы ! Приехали ночью нас сразу заселили , не ждали! Отдельное спасибо поварам за вкусные завтраки! Очень советую!

Обратите внимание на менеджера , такие люди как он отталкивают и больше не возвращаются в этот отель!

Хорошее местоположение, хороший завтрак

Cons:

Поселили в 101 номер , не работал кондиционер! На улице жара, в номере невыносимо было находится , сказали починят, но так и не сделали , сам номер обшарпанный, старый , в душевой плесень , вода не стекает ! На втором этаже все такие номера , требующие ремонта! На ресепшене высокий менеджер с черными крашеными волосами некомпетентный, неприятный в общении, очень грубый , сначала всем признается в любви , будто добрый , а если говоришь претензию чтоб что-то исправили в номере , то он становится раздражительным и недовольным ! Уже не первый раз это заметили , нужно этого странного менеджера заменить , так как бронировать этот отель люди больше не будут !
