Pros:

La ubicación es céntrica pero está al lado de las vías del tranvía y eso generó mucho ruido.

Cons:

Las habitación son enanas, los armarios no abren porque chocan con la cama, la ventana daba al patio interior lo que apenas había luz. Una habitación muy agobiante. Tuve que cancelar tras la primer noche de estancia y aunque el recepcionista fue amable, el manager muy agresivo en sus formas, tenía que pararle su propio empleado. Una vergüenza de trato, únicamente porque quería cancelar mi estancia por ser decepcionante y estaba en mi derecho ya que tenía opción de cancelación. Un trato pésimo por su parte.

La posizione è centrale.
Lo staff cordiale

Cons:

Lavori in corso non comunicati: impossibile aprire la finestra e comunque sporca, fili esterni di corrente elettrica appesi, operai che gridavano e facevano rumori.
Per la colazione c'era di tutto ma di scarsa qualità

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner et surtout dans la chambre le rideau qui ne couvrait pas la fenêtre et qui tombé tout le temps. Le sèche cheveux marcher une fois sur deux et on a eu de la grosse pluie pendant notre période donc ça goûter dans le couloir et le tapis du couloir vieux pas propre.

La struttura si presenta con un impalcatura all’ingresso e secchi per raccogliere acqua lungo i corridoi e davanti alla porta della mia stanza.

El chico de la recepción Ziyad, es increíble. Amable, atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Solo volvería a este hotel por él. Nos ayudó en todo lo que le preguntamos sin problema. Tiene servicio de transfer para el aeropuerto. La ubicación es excelente, justo delante de la parada de tranvía. Reponen agua y té todos los días en la habitación

La limpieza es nefasta. Las toallas están súper desgastadas, en vez de secar el cuerpo, extiende el agua. Ningún día nos repusieron ni el gel de la ducha ni el champú, tuvimos que ducharnos con las pastillas de jabón. Las sábanas tampoco las cambiaban, tuve una herida en un dedo y manche un poco de sangre la cama y nunca la cambiaron. Las habitaciones son muy muy pequeñas. Es muy difícil guardar las maletas si se alojan dos personas en una habitación.
