not a great choice
Pros:

only the location !

Cons:

everything was dirty including the sheets and towels there existed marks on them indicating that they were not washed.

the shower was unstable both pressure wise and most importantly temperature wise.


the room was always cold , they never turned on the radiator so the temperature was low all the time.


wifi : they provide you wifi but the speed is horrible (doesn't even allow you to have a stable phone call over internet). it might get cut completely at any moment for any duration and they dont care supposing its not their responsibility.

Отель для непритязательных гостей, которые ценят расположение, пространство, тишину и свет, а не современный дизайн. Есл
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение в Кадыкёе: близко к причалу, метро, основным улицам, кафе, банкам и магазинам. Пешком можно дойти до набережной Моды.
Номер был большой, светлый, с высокими потолками и балконом, из которого даже видно море. Для меня было важно наличие окна и естественного света - с этим всё отлично.
В комнате было тепло: центральное отопление + кондиционер на обогрев. Горячая вода была всегда.
Хорошие матрасы, удобная кровать, достаточное количество розеток. Есть чайник, стол, стулья, тумба с зеркалом и ящиками -удобно разложиться.
Лифт работает исправно. В отеле тихо, соседей практически не слышно.
Уборка и смена полотенец/постельного белья - по запросу.
Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Отель и номера требуют ремонта. Мебель, сантехника и интерьер заметно устаревшие, создают ощущение «отеля из прошлого».
Сантехника старая, без современного обновления, хотя всё исправно работает.

Pros:

Я уже много лет останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Прекрасное расположение, рядом причал паромов, рынок, улица баров, все крупные магазины, станция метро до аэропорта - все в 5-10 минутах ходьбы. Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. В комнате хорошее наполнение за такую цену: фен, тапочки одноразовые, тапочки для ванной, чайник. Благодарю персонал отеля за мое комфортное проживание
