It was a satisfying stay with friendly front desk staff, but rooms could benefit from some upgrades
Pros:

This was a great hotel in an excellent location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I spoke with Nooshin, Emren, and Kerem, and all of them assisted us whenever we needed help. The room was spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, the metro, and Istiklal Street. I would definitely book this hotel again if I visit Istanbul in the future and would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Cons:

The only downside of my stay was the room temperature and the bathroom condition. I arrived on a cold winter night, and the room was very cold. After asking the front desk, they turned on the heater eventually around 6 pm, and it took quite some time to warm up. When I spoke to the owner about it, he handled the situation quite seriously; I felt he could have responded more kindly when I mentioned that I was shivering.
Additionally, the bathroom felt outdated, and the shower design allowed water to leak onto the floor. As a result, the entire bathroom became wet and slippery. The fabric slippers provided were not safe to use on the wet floor, and my father and I nearly slipped a couple of times.

Pros:

TV not working at all even reported maintenance. guests next to my room were very noisy and irrespectable during late night hours. Location is good near Taksim Metro Station, restaurants and Istiklal St. staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

the view was on the back area and furniture is old.

Good for a short stay, in a central location, friendly staff
Pros:

Location was perfect. 5 min walk to taksim square. Friendly staff specially Yacoub. Good stay for 3-5 days.

Cons:

They don’t the rooms regularly. You have to ask so they plan it one day ahead. There was a bad smell in the room for the whole stay.

Pros:

Main thing there is one small elevator available to rea h upper floors.
Around five minutes walk from teksem Square and istiklal street.
Easy access to metro from taksem square and nearby kabatase pier via F1 Funicular.

Cons:

All the night unable to sleep due to high sound coming from nearby night clubs.
The bathroom was congested and needs attention regarding cleanliness.

Responsive and attentive receptionists, amazing location on a rather quiet street close to the Taksim square, and a good value for the buck overall.

Cons:

Internet connection was bad, got deactivated multiple times on its own, weak signal also, and rather slow. So in case you need reliable WiFi for work, this could be a major letdown.
