Alright for a short stay
Pros:

We had already stayed in this hotel once before. It's in a very quiet location in the immediate surrounding of Rome. If you get a room on the upper floors, you can enjoy the parrots going back and forth the very tall pine trees that surround the area. Convenient for transfers in and out of Rome.

Cons:

It's a three star hotel with little to none investments in renovation in the last decades. The breakfast is minimal but the staff is very friendly and will grant you a proper espresso from the bar if you ask for it. The value for money is relative - low in comparison with other accommodations in the area, not so low for the standards of the hotel. Beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom is functional - good for 2 or 3 nights stay top

Cons:

Esperienza decisamente negativa. Al mio arrivo ho trovato peli sulle lenzuola della camera assegnata, una situazione inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva. Inoltre, la connessione Wi-Fi non funzionava correttamente. Quando ho segnalato il problema alla reception, mi è stata proposta un’altra stanza, ma purtroppo anche lì ho trovato peli sulle lenzuola e, in aggiunta, un forte odore di muffa. Mi aspettavo standard di pulizia e manutenzione molto più elevati. Purtroppo non posso consigliare questa struttura e spero che vengano presi provvedimenti per migliorare l’igiene e il comfort delle camere.

Beautiful, quiet property.
Pros:

The property is exceptionally clean. It is impressive how beautifully they keep it. The parking is plentiful. The staff is lovely. Any questions you have, they are ready to answer. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty. There is a supermarket down the way to buy groceries.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport. I had a car, so this was a perfect, quiet place to stay outside of the city where I could go for day trips in into Rome.

I was very happy with my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Passate oltre.
Pros:

Purtroppo, le uniche due cose positive di questa struttura sono il personale e la.pulizia.
Cordialità ed accoglienza H24.

Cons:

La stanza, posizionata nel seminterrato, di per sé era pulita.
Al nostro ingresso, alle 2.30 della notte, la finestra era aperta e senza zanzariere.
La porta della doccia non era in buone condizioni.
Durante la notte è stato un continuo rumore di acqua che scorreva nelle tubature di scarico delle stanze ai piani superiori, proprio sopra la nostra testa.
Ulteriore pecca, il WIFI.
È stato letteralmente impossibile navigare, talmente tanto che anche il povero receptionist non riusciva a trovare la mia prenotazione proprio per colpa della linea internet.
Non vale assolutamente 40€ a notte.

Pros:

Preso per una notte una doppia uso singolo ad 82 euro dotata di tutto e abbastanza pulita e confortevole. Parcheggio privato in loco, zona tranquilla. Ottima per raggiungere Roma fiera in circa 20 minuti senza traffico

Forse la colazione poco ricca
