Pratiques illégales, un pur scandale.

Depuis le changement d'enseigne et la reprise par le groupe Spark by Hilton, c'est une catastro.phe

Cons:

L'hôtel exige une pièce d'identité ce qui n'est pas légal quand on paie avec une carte bancaire et prend en plus une deuxième empreinte de 100€. Si vous refusez vous ne pouvez pas accéder à la chambre.
L'hôtel précise qu'il y a la clim alors qu'elle ne fonctionne pas. Il faisait une forte chaleur, les vitres étant en plein soleil, et en plus impossible d'aérer la pièce car les fenêtre ne peuvent maintenant s'entre bailler que de 5 à 10cm. Une étuve.

hotel was fairly clean

Cons:

They are scammers, since they deducted my card without authorization 4 times, which you need to be careful against unauthorized theft, and they also charge per room 100 euros for potential damage, which so far they have not returned my money

This property is in middle of business district and has very good public transport connectivity.
Pros:

We got a fantastic deal for Easter Weekend. Breakfast had good options. Though I would have preferred some more fruits.

Cons:

The AC was not cooling the room sufficiently.
