The room we were assigned did not match our reservation. We booked a standard room but were given an accessible room, which we did not request.
When we raised this issue at check-in, the receptionist told us that no other suitable rooms were available. We even offered to take two standard double rooms and pay any additional cost if necessary, but were told this was not possible.
Later, however, the manager informed us that other rooms were in fact available and that a different room could have been arranged if we had made the request directly to him. This is disappointing, as we relied on the information provided by the receptionist and were given no opportunity to resolve the situation.
As we did not receive the accommodation we booked and were given incorrect information, we believe it is reasonable to request appropriate compensation. We were given a compensation of 11 euro's and an emailadres to send an email to if we make a reservation for next year so we get the room we choose via booking.com. Speaking of Booking.com was not available and when they did react they only say that they didn't get a reaction of the hotel.

L'hotel, ubicato in una zona tranquilla a prevalenza di uffici, si presenta decisamente bene e per molti versi sembra più un quattro stelle che un tre stelle.
Il parcheggio sotto la struttura è molto pratico e sicuro.
La nostra camera era ampia e pulita.
Il letto era comodissimo.
L'arredo delle camere forse è leggermente datato.
Sarebbe opportuno e serio che l'hotel indicasse sul sito l'altezza massima del garage (1,90 mt.), anziché farlo solo a prenotazione effettuata.
Prima hotel voor doorreis. Auto staat veilig geparkeerd in garage. Aankomst verliep erg soepel. Konden auto direct parkeren via intercom en naar boven om in te checken. Kamer was schoon en ruim en ontbijt simpel maar prima.
