Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ruhige Lage, saubere Zimmer und eine gute Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein, um grössere Koffer bequem zu verstauen, ohne dass sie im Weg standen.

Comfortable, but decor takes getting used to
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant.

Cons:

The decor - brutalist! - dark and oppressive. wooden shutter box on window. Weird shapes in bathroom, unhygienic sink, not enough hooks in bathroom. “Chastity board” dividing twin beds made the room even darker and more oppressive, also more crammed sleeping.

Ein schönes und sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage für Stadtausflüge
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist TOP, zur nächsten U-Bahn sind es ca 300m. freie, kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wirklich überdurchschnittlich.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Gratiswasser auf dem Zimmer. Alle Getränke müssen extra bezahlt werden. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser

Pros:

The room was clean and the service was good. Nice staff and good breakfast.
The location is good in terms of moving around the city - there's a metro station nearby. There is also a supermarket and multiple fast food restaurants very close by.
Overall was nice a stay.

Cons:

One of the windows in our room was not closing properly, so we could hear the noise from the club that's not too far away.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camera pulita e letti comodissimi; colazione varia con prodotti freschi che, nella stagione calda, può essere fatta sul terrazzo all'aperto. Inoltre l'hotel è vicino alla fermata metro Udine, così da potere raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi altro punto della città.
