Convenient and priced right for offseason
Pros:

We spent one night midweek offseason, we were in town for a funeral. Front desk was courteous, room clean and nicely maintained. The thermostat was touchy - it was 66 when we got to the room and took several minutes of fiddling to get the heat to come on. Our room faced Coastal Highway. Since it was mid-February there wasn’t much traffic late at night, but it was audible. I suspect it could be bothersome in the warmer months.
Breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed the view over the bay. The outdoor pool area was lovely, but at 25 degrees we didn’t venture out.
The price was right and we had a good stay.

Calm before a major snowstorm
Pros:

The indoor pool was nice, the hot tub was not working properly. The breakfast was good. Close to restaurants and Ocean City. I could see the ocean from my room and the sunrise.

Cons:

The heater in the hot tub was not working so the indoor pool was warmer.

Loved our stay despite front desk
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times always a great stay !

Cons:

The front desk person was rude . She kept telling my husband the room wasn’t ready an hour and half after check in so we asked to sit in the lobby she then was rude to our teenagers who were just checking out the outdoor pool .

Ok to stay while traveling for a night, not something for a vacation stay over 3+ nights.
Pros:

Breakfast was not very good. Coffee was actually horrible. The waffle maker and pre-made pastries were decent. Eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruits were all poor quality.

Cons:

Hot tub was broken for the entire stay, pillows were super flat no matter how many you stacked. Mattresses were very firm, no ceiling fan in the bathroom, the balcony lights were very bright and could not be turned off.
