The stay was ok, but it could’ve been better for the prices they charge.
Pros:

We like the hotel’s proximity to public transport and St Pancras International. There were a couple of pubs and a coffee shop next door. The Lucas Arms pub was excellent.

Cons:

The room was very small with no enough space for two. We picked a room without a window, ugh! Also, the hotel charges £15 for early check in if room is available. The rooms are always available, but they charge customers early check in fees. We didn’t like this trick, but we needed the room to store our bags and take a needed break. They also charge £3 per bag ( big or small) to store your bags. Other hotels don’t do that. The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were way too soft and sagged in the middle.

Bonne situation et personnel aimable.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite vu le prix payé.
Système de chauffage non fonctionnel dans la première chambre et perfectible dans celle reçue en remplacement.
Le fait qu'il n'y aie pas de chauffage ou radiateur dans la salle de bain est un problème, il y fait pas assez chaud.
L'extracteur d'air de la salle de bain était soit en panne soit trop faible.

Je recommande.
Pros:

Le fait de pouvoir caster directement le téléphone à la télé est vraiment super, la chambre est bien nettoyée, le petit déjeuner est bien et il y a une grande plage horaire pour petit déjeuner donc c'est bien.
Très bien situé, je recommande.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour rejoindre les quartiers de Londres et il est juste à côté de la gare.
La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle.

D'avoir payé la consigne des bagages 3 pound par bagage !!!! C'est la première fois que je dois payer pour ça. Le personnel pas très aimable ... Le bac de la douche très sale. Dommage que je n'ai pas fait la photo.
