Clarion Hotel Bella Casa

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Clarion Bella Casa, Jaipur. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. The overall hospitality and service standards were commendable.

The food was also very good, with a nice variety and taste that made dining enjoyable throughout the stay. A special mention for Priyanka, the attendant in the cafeteria—she was extremely attentive, courteous, and ensured that all guests were well taken care of. Her warm and professional approach truly enhanced the dining experience.

Overall, a wonderful stay with great service and good food. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

One of the worst excuses for a hotel in Jaipur. My iPhone was stolen while I was out, and the room was on DND. When I reported it, the front desk casually said they’d “check the cameras.” I’m still wondering how they expect their cameras to spot a phone hidden in someone’s pocket—unless Clarion Bella Casa has invented their own X-ray surveillance system.
I demanded to speak with the Front Office Manager, Suraj Kumar, but instead of showing a shred of responsibility or professionalism, he chose to run home rather than face a guest in distress. That says everything about what kind of place this is.
Calling this a 4-star hotel is an insult to real hotels. This is a zero-star disaster. If you want your valuables stolen and to be treated like a suspect instead of a guest, by all means—book a room at Clarion Bella Casa.
